Welcome to Casa de Brasada! With wide-open spaces surrounding and within this home, you will find everything that you need to enjoy your vacation has already been planned for you.

Casa de Brasada has intentional gathering spaces that make for a relaxing and inviting environment. The outdoor covered dining area is perfect; you can be outside in the summer when it's warm, but shaded so you stay comfortable. The main floor living room has an oversized couch, a comfy ottoman, cozy blankets, and a large gas fireplace that warms you from where you sit. The upstairs living room allows for a second indoor meeting place. The main floor bedrooms are spacious and tucked away, making them a great escape. The bunk room and queen bedroom upstairs are great for the kids, and they have their own full bathroom to share.

Brasada Ranch itself, which is on 1,800 acres in total, is 19.5 miles northeast of Bend. This resort has a world-renouned 18-hole golf course, an indoor and outdoor pool, a day spa, horse stables, a fitness center, 4 restaurants (some seasonal) with a full bar, and a little country store great for picking up the essentials or fantastic makings for a picnic.

Here's a brief description of the bedroom layouts:

Master Bedroom: Main floor, King bed, private bathroom (tiled shower, toilet, double sinks, walk-in closet), direct access to back deck, TV

Non-Master Bedroom: Main floor, King bed, private bathroom (tiled shower, toilet, sink)

Bunk Room: Upstairs, 4 twin beds (2 top bunks, 2 bottom bunks), shared bathroom with Queen Bedroom (tub/shower combo, sink, toilet)

Queen Bedroom: Upstairs, Queen bed, shared bathroom with Bunk Room

The home does not have a private hot tub. Brasada Ranch has a hot tub that you can reserve during your stay.

𝗣𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗦𝗘 𝗡𝗢𝗧𝗘: there is a non-negotiable, per person, per night, resort charge for all guests six years of age and older. These fees will be charged to your reservation after booking.

The resort fee provides guests with access to golf, spa, multiple pools (indoor and outdoor), fitness room, open-air peloton studio, tennis, horseback tours, stocked ponds for fishing, kids center and daily kids' activities (some advanced reservations and additional fees may apply).

𝗢𝗰𝘁 𝟭 - 𝗗𝗲𝗰 𝟯𝟭: $𝟯𝟲 𝘱𝘦𝘳 𝘨𝘶𝘦𝘴𝘵, 𝘱𝘦𝘳 𝘯𝘪𝘨𝘩𝘵.

*The resort has a $100 additional charge for any last minute reservations (those booked within 48 hours of check-in date)

**Changes made to the resort forms once submitted or submitted within 48 hours of arrival will have additional fee of $100.

***If a reconciliation is required on the resort forms for the amount of guest, the guest will be charged $50 per person

-Cascade Pool is available for Brasada members only

-Resort facilities shall be open on the days and during the hours as established by the Resort. The Resort reserves the right to close portions of the Resort facilities or restrict access for any reason. At this time, the gym/pool is staffed and open to all from 10 am to 8 pm.

HOUSE RULES
*Please follow these house rules. If our team notices these have not been followed you could be liable and subject to a fee.

No shoes allowed in the home. Please remove your shoes upon entering the home.
Please keep food in kitchen area. No eating or drinking in the bedrooms or living room.
Please keep all children’s art supplies and krafts away from upholstery and carpet. No coloring or art and crafts in the bedrooms or living room.
Children 5 years and younger must be under the supervision of an adult at all times.
No smoking of any product inside the home or within 20ft of the exterior of the home and please pick up after yourself around the property.
When using the BBQ please pull it away from house and ensure a 3 foot clearance around all sides.
Please pick up all trash (inside and out) upon check out and place it in the trash and/or recycling bins.
If you move furniture or decor items please put them back in their original place.
We understand accidents happen, if something is broken or damaged during your stay, please notify us so we don’t stumble upon something when we come in after your stay.
Please double check for personal belongings before departure. If items are left and you’d like us to mail them we require payment prior to shipping.
