The place is very nice, clean and new. Comfortable memory foam beds. Shades are a little see through though so light gets in early in the morning. Would stay here again!

Very responsive host that clearly communicated throughout the process. The property was as described and very clean. We have taken one star off of our review because immediately next-door to the property is an active construction zone. During our stay, there was significant construction traffic, noise and dust. If you are trying to work from here during the day or take a midday nap, it may be a challenge. Other than that, the property is within walking distance of lots of bars and restaurants and cute shops, which is a huge plus. There is also super fast Internet if you need to get any work done remotely. As the host said in the listing and communicated with us in advance, parking needs to be on the street. We found it challenging to find a space nearby on the weekend, but pretty straightforward during the week.

Response from VrboOwner on 14 Aug 2026
Thank you for the thoughtful review and for the kind words about the home, cleanliness, communication, and location. We’re glad you enjoyed the neighborhood and found the internet helpful for working remotely. We also really appreciate you bringing the neighboring construction activity to our attention. We were not aware that active construction would be taking place next door during your stay, and we are currently working to confirm the scope and expected timeline so we can better inform future guests. Construction in Seattle is also required to operate within the city’s permitted hours and noise regulations. We’re sorry the daytime noise, traffic, and dust impacted your experience, and we appreciate the feedback. Thank you again for staying with us and for providing such a detailed and helpful review.
