Minimum rental period is for one month as per HOA rules. Longer lease preferred. Brand new single family house on the golf course fully furnished. Turn key moving in ready. Membership available, tenant has priority for tee time booking. Wellen Park is a master plan new area. Cool today Baseball park is minuts away from the golf course. Downtown wellen park can be reached by golf cart, there are restrauants, shopping, medical center, fishing etc. There is $100 HOA application fee for all amenities, including resort style pool, gym etc. Golf membership transfer fee is $150.
