Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish, newly renovated space. Located in Puerto Juarez, this is a quaint fishing village, slowly transforming into a tourist hotspot. It is right on the beach, so you have access to the water 24/7. The street just beyond is littered with fishing eateries, music, and events; not only that, the ferry for Isla Mujeres is just down the street. The rental is in a quiet and calm gated community, and the sounds and smells of the ocean are just an open window away.
The space
This is a freshly renovated apartment with ceramic floors, a modern granite bathroom, granite kitchen countertops and real wood cabinets. It is extremely clean and cozy and has a clear view of the sea from the moment you enter the front door. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove top, airfryer, microwave, and pots and pans.

Why they chose this property

The beach calls my name all day every day. Once I rented in this area, I knew I had to own a property around here. The view of the ocean is mesmerizing to me and the smells of it entice me. This is a quiet and humble area comprised of locals, which means the food is fantastic. The ferry to Isla Mujeres is almost literally a 10 minute WALK and hotel zone is about a 20 minute drive away. This area will help you make the most of your vacation to Cancun because of all the things there are to do nearby.

What makes this property unique

This apartment is CLEAN. I'm personally very picky about cleanliness and smells and this is an apartment set up to my standard. It is freshly remodeled and has all the amenities you'd need in order to not be buying food breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The bathroom is pristine and luxurious and the living and sleeping areas are comfortable and brand new. This coupled with the sights and sounds and smells of the ocean make this the perfect getaway location.
