Our villa, located in the central district of Bodrum Yalikavak, has an accommodation capacity of 7 people and is located in a quiet and safe site in nature.

Our villa has a large private pool. Yalikavak Palmarina and the center are about 2 km from the site and 5 minutes by car. A public market is held on Tuesdays and Thursdays where local products are sold. There are numerous coves and beach/beach clubs where you can swim. The closest Yalıkavak public beach and paid beaches are 2-3 km away.

Bedrooms

1. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, vanity table, air conditioning and bathroom.

2. Bedroom: 1 double bunk bed, wardrobe, make-up table and air conditioning.

3. Bedroom: 1 double bed, wardrobe, vanity table, air conditioning and bathroom.

Living Room: There is 1 sitting group, dining table, LCD TV, satellite receiver, DVD player, exit from the living room to the pool and common use toilet.

Kitchen: Refrigerator, dishwasher, built-in set, microwave oven, kettle, dinner set for 6 people, and all kitchen utensils are sufficient.

Pool: In the garden, there is a private swimming pool measuring 7.5 x 4 meters, 30 m2 and 1.6 meters deep.

Garden: There is a swimming pool, waterfall, sunbathing area, shower, 6 sun loungers, 3 umbrellas, a garden table for 6 people and a barbecue in the private garden.

Free Services: Reception, electricity, water, gas, daily pool and garden maintenance, one spare sheet and towel per person, internet, DIGITURK.

Paid Services: Airport transfers, daily cleaning upon request, daily tours, car rental.

Damage Deposit: A deposit of 2,500 Turkish Liras is taken at the entrance and if no damage is done to the house, the fee is refunded on the check-out date.
