Large home with gorgeous backyard 2 blocks from campus
Located in the College Heights neighborhood, this is a perfect spot for entertaining your family with a beautifully landscaped, fenced-in backyard complete with firepit, grill, and ample seating. Inside there is plenty of room for everyone with 7 beds and 3 bathrooms, and 4 floors of living space. Main floor has a fully stocked kitchen, living room with gas fireplace, office space, and dining room with wonderful french doors that open up to the patio. The second level has 4 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The top floor attic has its own TV and video games great for the kids. The basement has a reading area, gas fireplace, and exercise equipment to go along with laundry. All the comforts of your own home and just a short walk to the creamery, campus, downtown, and the stadium! Close to everything PSU/State College, yet quiet enough to sit back and relax!
