This bright and spotless Cape style home is perfect for the quintessential Cape Cod family vacation or to relax with the amenities provided for remote working. This newly furnished home with large private yard is minutes’ drive to Sandy Neck/Scorton Neck Beaches, Sandwich Historic District, Mashpee Commons, Heritage Museum/Gardens, ferry access to Nantucket/Martha’s Vineyard, premier biking paths, shopping/antiquing, restaurants, playgrounds and many more iconic Cape destinations. Come & enjoy!

The home boasts 3 comfortable bedrooms, 2 ½ beautifully updated bathrooms, a loft office, a newly and tastefully renovated kitchen, a living room with a beautiful fireplace to enjoy all year long, and an oversized outdoor patio. It is perfect for a large family, featuring a first-floor primary bedroom with a king size bed and private adjoining full bath, another first floor bedroom with a queen size bed and easy access to 1/2 bath, and a second-floor bedroom with a queen and two twin beds and also easy access to a full bath. Outside, enjoy the home’s private and large fenced in yard that abuts beautiful conservation land, a beautiful large deck with ample space for eating and lounging under a large Sunsetter awning, an outdoor heater for those chillier nights, a grill, and a beautiful outdoor shower that is perfect when returning from a day at the beach.

Guests are able to access all parts of the home and private yard, except for the basement and 1 of our 2 sheds.

Q: What kind of coffee maker do you offer?
A: We have a drip coffee maker that is standard size (10-12 cups).

Q: What if we don't want to bring our own linens?
A: No problem! We have a fantastic linen service that can offer sheets and bath towels (not beach towels) that we would be happy to help arrange for you.

Q: Can I bring my pet?
A: We ask that you leave your pets at home during your visit with us!

Q: Can we smoke on property?
A: No smoking of any kind is allowed on property. We also ask that you not use any candles.

Q: Is your check-out time flexible?
A: Turnover time in the cape is a very tight one! We cannot accomodate late check-outs due to this and require the home to be fully empty by 10:00am on check-out day. We always arrive promptly at 10:00am on those days to prepare the home for our next guest. We truly appreciate your understanding on this matter, as do our next guests.

Classic Cape home on Cape Cod

Beautifully renovated home with comfortable beds, baths, and living room. Bright kitchen invited guests to linger over a second cup of coffee. Photos on line tell the story best. One minor issue with the dryer was reported to host and repaired within a few hours.

Wonderful Week

We spent the week of the 4th of July at this wonderful family-friendly home. The home was meticulously clean and well-equipped. Our family consisted of 3 couples and a one-year old. The upstairs worked really well for the parents and baby. We appreciated the high chair and pack and play which were provided, as well as beach chairs and kitchen equipment. The outside space was very nice as well--deck and furniture were great. Really appreciated the retractable awning, as the sun was hot on the deck early in the day. We enjoyed the fire pit and chairs as well. The gorgeous hydrangeas were the icing on the cake. The location of the home was central to many activities. We enjoyed a couple of meals up in the Town Neck area (Fisherman's View, Pilot House, Treehouse Brewing) and took the ferry to Nantucket from Hyannis. We also enjoyed the Hyannis Whale Watching cruise. All of these were easily accessible from the property. We purchased some great food from Lambert's Farm Market and highly recommend. We had family photos taken by Rodrigo Ereno, and he was great. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was an issue with the clothes dryer. With a baby in the group, sometimes you just need to do some laundry. This is a great home base to explore all of the wonderful activities on the Cape and owners were extremely responsive to questions, etc. Would totally return if the opportunity arises.

Why they chose this property

We chose our home in the Lakefield Farm Association because of its serene setting, access to the private Lawrence Pond, and proximity to some of the best beaches and shopping the Cape has to offer, as well as a 15 minute drive to the ferries for an easy day trip to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket.

Our property is unique to Cape Cod homes because it offers ALL the amenties of a fully furnished home compared to a beach cottage. It is situated in a peaceful neighborhood, offers a very large and private yard that includes an outdoor shower, fire pit area, outdoor heater, large shed for storing any kayaks or SUPs you may be traveling with, a grill and outdoor table to enjoy summer dinners outdoors, and an oversized patio with comfortable seating and a retractable awning for ample shade on those hot summer days. Inside it offers a newly renovated kitchen with new appliances and fully stocked amenities. The home also offers two private workspaces for those seeking to work-from-home and require some privacy.
