Superb condo cozy lot of lights Open concept spacious with high speed Internet and satellite channels (European , Asian , African , Arabic , USA and Canadian) surrounded with a very calm and nice area situated in the heart of Chomedy Laval.
N.B: living Room and dinning floor is Ceramic. bedrooms floor is laminated wood.

Placed in a recent developed area close to all services and public transportation , large living room open concept 2 big bedrooms with a queen bed in one and two twin bed
Guest access
Guests can enjoy their stay in the morning using the coffee machine ,TV cable ,youtube and Netflix are good for chilling at night , big balcony to have some fresh time outdoor , full kitchen necessities to make your own food , washer and dryer is a must need for a long stay , heating and cooling systems are available for your needs . Backyard lot for chilling.

Big tv led screen , channels from all around the world , soccer , NBA, Tennis , European , Chinese, Indian, Middle-eastern , US, Canadians, kids .

Less than 30 minutes to old port montreal by car . 45 minutes by bus and subway.
Air conditioning is a bit noisy , i am offering 1 fan in order to switch or to push the cold air to the bedrooms .
