Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Recently renovated inside and out. Centrally located on a quiet street in an older, well established neighborhood. Savor a morning cup of coffee on the comfortable outdoor sectional couch. Enjoy grilling a delicious dinner under the magical cafe lights after a fun filled day at the beach or exploring the Pensacola area. The fire pit is perfect for roasting marshmallows for Smores! Lots of family memories are waiting for you at Dave's Dream.

Beautiful coastal furnishings in every room. Open and spacious kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a new stove, dishwasher a full size fridge. The kitchen is stocked with everything you will need for a quick snack or delicious family meal. The half bath and laundry room are located off the dining area with a washer/dryer for our guests to use. Plenty of cozy seating in the living room perfect for a family movie or game night. Three comfortable bedrooms with smart tvs. Bedroom #1 has a queen bed and private access to the hall bathroom. Bedroom #2 also has a comfy queen bed. Bedroom #3 has two twin beds. The hall bathroom has a shower/tub combo and plenty of soft fluffy towels. The backyard features a relaxing seating/dining area perfect for kicking back after a day at the beach or sightseeing. Cafe lights add a nice ambiance for dinner prepared on the gas grill or beverages by the fire pit.

Entire home and fenced in back yard. Parking is allowed in the carport and driveway.

Quiet established neighborhood conveniently located to beaches, shopping and restaurants. Pensacola Beach is 30 minutes. Perdido Key Beach is 20 minutes. Naval Air Station Pensacola is 10 minutes.

Military Visit

I traveled to Pensacola from Hawai’i to visit my other half at NAS. This is a great place not too far from the base and quiet neighborhood. The house was clean, tidy, and relaxing. I would recommend!

Great stay for Navy fams!!

We stayed here to see our son!! We were close to Corry Station and a short drive to the beach or shopping.

Great location!

Location was great between Perdido Key and Pensacola. House was very clean and beds were comfy. Had one struggle with WIFI network connecting for the television but after i found the modem and cycled the power all was well. The outside seating area was peaceful while the gas grill is an amenity not found many places. Overall great experience and hopefully this location is available my next trip

Awesome customer service

Constant communication with the property manager. She helped us plan a meal by providing access and lists to local restaurants and stores cooking Thanksgiving turkey and ham. Upon arrival, the fire pit out back fell apart due to wear when I picked it up to drain some water. Within an hour, there was a new fire pit delivered. We had some great memories made because the owner cared so much. This property is close to NAS and Corry Station for military families. It is a perfect getaway where you can feel like it's home while visiting your military member. I cannot recommend this property and their manager enough. 5 star all the way!
