**New Listing** Welcome to our newly remodeled home in a quiet neighborhood centrally located to several Pensacola & Perdido Key favorites. This quaint little home is the perfect getaway for you and your family to fully enjoy what the Emerald Coast offers.

If you're looking for something a little different, a home with an eclectic style, this is your place! Newly remodeled, 1079 square foot home with three bedrooms, and two full baths. There's one outdoor security camera and a keyless entry lock at the front door for your safety and convenience.

The home features a large master bedroom with a king bed and a full bath with a shower. The second bedroom (the sunny room) features a queen bed. It's a cozy room with a closet and a luggage rack for your convenience. The third bedroom (the shark room) has a bunk bed/trundle combination best suited for three children or small adults. The third bedroom also contains a writing desk if anyone needs to get a little work done while away. All bedrooms feature room-darkening curtains.

The home has a well-stocked kitchen with ample seating in the dining area. Gather around the dining room table and challenge your friends and family to one of the many fun games provided.

The living room has a Smart TV for you to log into any of your favorite streaming apps and is designed to automatically log you out at the end of your stay.

If you're like me and can't sleep without a fan, the living room and two bedrooms have ceiling fans. Extra floor fans can be found in the bedroom closets.

The backyard is small but fully fenced and is the perfect place to let the kids play some outdoor games!

You will have full access to the home except for the garage and the owner's closet in the master bedroom.

The backyard is a work in progress. We will be making many improvements to it over the summer/fall. We will be adding amenities such as a BBQ grill, a fire pit, and outdoor seating. We will also be adding lots of tropical plants to provide you with the ultimate tropical paradise experience. Please bear with us while we continue to make improvements.

Great place!

We really enjoyed staying at this property! Everything was clean and they even had some stuff for the beach for the kids to play with. Can watch the blue angels from the backyard which was so cool! Could have had some options for nightlights for the kids though. Other than that a great place and quiet neighborhood!

The property is a one level single family home in a community setting. It is a quiet neighborhood and the homes are well maintained. The property has a fenced in back yard and is well lighted for coming and going after dark. The host stays in touch with you throughout your stay. Highly recommended.

Great place!

Would recommend this place to anyone. Great neighborhood. Not far from at 3 beaches. Loved Pensacola beach! Host was wonderful!

My husband and I moved to Pensacola in 2021. I am originally from Illinois and he is originally from Missouri. For the longest time, we have both wanted to live by the ocean and we finally took that leap of faith. We have never looked back. We love it here.

We chose this neighborhood for several reasons. It is a quiet neighborhood and everyone that lives in the community is very friendly. It is also centrally located to many restaurants, beaches, and other attractions. There's no shortage of things to do.

What makes this property unique

All of the colorful art on the walls was hand painted by my daughter, Taylor. I couldn't be happier with how it turned out, or more proud! Our goal was to give the home a cheerful vibe and I think she nailed it.
