This recently renovated gem on the 13MM at the Lake of the Ozarks is ready to be your vacation home away from home. It is easy to get to, just a mile past the toll bridge, neighboring Porta Cima. This home is 1st tier, has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths and sits in a picturesque no wake cove.

On the main level, there is a primary bedroom with a king bed and private ensuite. The second bedroom features a twin over full bunk bed and a pull out full size trundle. Located downstairs, is a third bedroom with a king bed. the downstairs living room also features a twin over twin bunk bed, a queen size murphy bed and a sleeper sofa. Easily plenty of sleeping room for 14 of your favorite family members and friends.

This home does have a private dock with swim platform and two fully furnished decks. The upper deck is equipped with a gas grill and the lower deck is screened in!

You are just minutes away from the strip where you can find something fun for all ages.

Perfect Spot!

This house was the perfect location for our group of friends to get together and spend the weekend on the lake! The house was beautiful and the lake was even better!

Ozark Vacay.

Overall our stay was great. We did have an issue with the neighbor who complained that we messed up the septic tank. We could not have done this as we hadn’t been there for 1/2 a day. The trash was not picked up prior to our stay therefore we had to keep ours in the garage. The place itself was very nice and well kept.
