Welcome to Black Oak Lakeside Retreat on the beautiful Lake of the Ozarks!! Google maps does a great job of bringing you right to the property. 30760 Black Oak Dr Rocky Mount Mo 65072 (Black Oak Drive is just 2.5 miles past the Rocky Mount gas station on Y Road.)
Amenities abound at our lakefront oasis. Get ready to relax and have fun!! This well-built home boasts 4 large bedrooms, each with a smart tv and room to sleep 14 or more if you have air mattresses. Lake views from almost every room!! The well-equipped kitchen and gas grill make cooking for your group a breeze. Close-by restaurants include The Lake House Cafe, Big Ry's Pizzeria, and The Traffic Jam Pub & Grill. Pizza from Northshore Shopping Center (Rocky Mount gas station) is a favorite of ours as well (pickup only). By water you will find Jolly Roger's, H. Toad's, Shady Gator's, and Docknockers Beach Bar & Grill within a few miles of the house. Also check out Franky and Louie's, NEON TACO at the dam, and Coconuts by boat.

There are pool noodles, water guns, and a swim mat on the dock in the dock locker for days of fun on the water. We are located in Lick Branch Cove on the 5MM on the north shore. It is a large cove great for tubing, water skiing and all water sports. The dock has two PWC lifts as well as one slip with lift for tritoon, pontoon, or small runabout/fishing boat (see lift photos to see if it works for your boat). There are numerous boat rental options on the lake.
If it happens to rain during your stay, the sunroom with A/C is a perfect place to sit and watch the lake or read!! The large living area has comfortable seating and a large smart tv, puzzles, and games.
Mini-golf, go-carts, parasailing, helicopter rides and shopping are also not far from this property.

Celebrated my daughter's 21st birthday and college graduation, with family and friends

The house was the perfect size for our group of 12 ages 68 to 21. The house had great options depending on the weather. If the weather was bad all of us could enjoy the sun porch. If it was warm we could enjoy the lake, which we did. Already planning another trip back next year

A Great Place to Stay!

The property manager was very responsive, the property was clean, and the house had many amenities that made it fun to stay at. Our group loved hanging out on the dock!

Loved it!

This home had everything we needed for a week one the lake. The owners thought of everything including night stands in all the bedrooms with USP charging on the lamps! Very clean and no clutter! Great location on the water. Our family of 13 loved it and definitely would go back!
