LOCATED JUST 100 STEPS TO BOARDWALK/BEACH

100 steps to the boardwalk/beach- the best location in town! Centrally located. We are the 3rd house to the boardwalk/beach. We are right by Midway Steaks and Spicy Cantina on Webster Ave.

*** This is a family friendly beach block apartment that is part of a 3-family home. We want to make sure we meet your expectations for your getaway so if you prefer enjoying late hours (after 10pm) it might be best to look elsewhere. Thank you.

*** Please review house rules before putting in a booking request. Guests must answer all questions before reservation is approved. Failure to answer questions will result in cancellation of booking.

• Newly Renovated 2-bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment.

• This is a downstairs unit of a 3-family home. There will be 2 other apartments located in the home. One unit will be located above and another unit located on the same level as this one. You have completely separate living space from the rest of the home and your own private entrance. The only shared space with other units in the home is outside- the grill and the outdoor shower (for rinsing sand off when you come off the beach).

• Sleeps 4 people. Each bedroom has a closet with hangers to hang your clothes. Iron and ironing board in one of the closets. Each bedroom and the living room has smart TVs.

• All towels and linens included. Extra pillows and blankets included.

• Full bath with beautiful, tiled shower with full glass doors. Quartz vanity top

• 1 parking pass provided for street parking. The parking pass is located on the kitchen counter. You will not need the parking pass in the off season (Nov 1- March 31). Street parking is free in the off season

• Mini split heating and air conditioning

• Flat Screen Smart TVs in each bedroom and the living room. Login to your own streaming account.

• All bedrooms and dedicated workspace have outlets equipped with c-port and usb ports.

• Dedicated workspace located in Kitchen area.

• Free fast Wi-Fi

• Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Hand soap in unit for your use

• Started supply of toilet paper (2 rolls) and paper towel (1 roll), dish soap, dish detergent pods (small pack)

• Hair dryer (in bathroom) and makeup mirror (in bedroom closet) in unit

• 4 beach badges, 4 beach chairs and towels in unit

• Fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertop and all new stainless-steel appliances (dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave), plates, bowls, cookware, utensils, cups, coffee mugs, wine glasses, toaster, blender etc. Spices for cooking. Cleaning supplies located underneath kitchen sink.

• Drip Coffee maker, coffee provided and creamers and sugars

• Washer and dryer in unit. (Please bring your own laundry detergent)

• Board games and books located in the living room

• Private outside dining area for 4 people located in the front of the home on the pavers.

Shared Outdoor Spaces with Other 2 Units in The Home

• Shared outdoor grill located on patio at rear of property. Grill utensil kit located on top of refrigerator in kitchen.

• Shared Outdoor Shower (for rinsing sand off then you come off the beach) located at rear of property. The outdoor shower will not be on in the colder months. The shower is not enclosed.

*** This unit is for short term rentals only. Maximum stay limit of 28 nights. No reservation will be approved over 28 nights.

Additional House Rules

*** Please review house rules before putting in a booking request. Guests must answer all questions before reservation is approved. Failure to answer questions will result in cancellation of booking.

1) Check-in time is at 4pm. Check out time is at 10am (you will be charged a $150.00 late fee if not checked out at this time) Our maids must come in and clean. We expect our guests to treat our home as if it were their own by leaving it in the same conditions as you found it.

2) Must be 27 years of age to book. By booking under your name, you assume responsibility for all guests on property during the reservation period. No parents booking for their kids/parents must stay on-site at all times. NO PROMS!

3) No unsupervised children under the age of 18 at any time.

4) Maximum occupancy for this unit is strictly enforced. No additional guests allowed on the property.

5) No pets allowed. An extra cleaning fee of $750.00 will be charged if a pet enters property.

6) No smoking inside or outside property. A fee of $500.00 will be charged if we detect smoking has occurred anywhere in the house or cigarette butts on property.

7) We are not responsible for any damage to your vehicles or personal belongings.

8) Be mindful of making noise in the home at all hours due to the fact this is a 3-family house, and some guests may have small children. No loud noises outside past 10 pm as per town ordinance. Please be courteous to our neighbors.

9) This home is privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illnesses that occur when on the premises. The homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressively assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises others whom they invite to use the premises.

10) Tampering/cutting power from the outdoor cameras is strictly prohibited. They are there for your safety and to safeguard our property.

11) We require all guests booking reservation to have an established rental profile with all positive reviews with no negative reviews.

12) No adding, removing or rearranging of furniture/appliances inside or outside of property.

13) We do not permit towels, linens, or blankets to be removed from the home. Beach towels, beach badges and beach chairs are meant to be used on the beach and returned home. A fee of $100 per beach badge will be charged if they are not returned. A fee of $50 per beach chair will be charged if they are not returned.

14) No large gatherings or parties. No proms. No graduations. No underage drinking. Any excessive loud noises/parties will invoke early termination of lease and forfeiture of complete rental amount.

15) One parking pass will be given. The parking pass is good to park at any metered space (spots with numbers) throughout the town except any of the parking spaces on Ocean Terrace, any street ends off of Ocean Terrace, the townships paid public parking lots, handicapped spaces, reserved spaces and purple heart parking spaces. A fee of $400 will be charged if the parking pass is not returned. If you have more than one vehicle there is free parking on any 300th block of Seaside Heights. There are also meters you pay to park out throughout the town and privately owned lots you can pay at. Please do not park in the driveway since this is an active driveway for other units 1 and 3 in the home.

16) No subleasing.

17) Please keep windows closed if A/C is on.

18) No proms. No graduations. No large gatherings or parties. Not a party house.

19) ID may be required at time of booking or before check in for age verification. A lease may be required to sign.

*** Termination of Reservation

If your group breaks the house rules, holds a party, disrupts the neighbors, violates the listing occupancy, becomes violent or if your group behavior results in a police visit or ticketing, then your reservation will be terminated, without a refund and you will be expected to leave the property immediately.

Please return the 4 beach badges to silver turtle dish. There will be no beach badges in your unit after Labor Day (the beach is free for winter season)
Please return the parking pass to the kitchen counter. Parking Pass will be needed April 1st- October 31st.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
