Stylish large luxury penthouse condo is located on the Agua Hediendo Lagoon in Carlsbad with personal boat dock, VIEWS of the marina and lagoon, and a large private deck. The condo is 2432 sq feet and has three bedrooms, two and half bathroom, fully stocked large chef's kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliance and a great room with living room and dinning room. Dinning table converts to a pool table and ping pong table. Bar stools also present. There is a massage chair, sauna and waterfront patio with a fire pit next to the boat dock. Condo is one exit from downtown Carlsbad which has great restaurants and shops. Legoland, Carlsbad state beach, the outlet malls are all within a few minutes from the condo.
