Hotel like room located just minutes from Loup City, NE on Old Highway 92. 7 miles from Sherman lake and 40 miles from Calamus lake. Enjoy the peace & quiet on the front porch or community covered porch with lighting, grill and picnic table. Located along the beautiful Middle Loup River. 3 rooms can be rented separately or together. (Search for property #2666736 & #3416807)

Each room has 2 queen beds, television, mini refrigerator and microwave. There are 4 chairs and a small table in each room. The bathroom features a walk in shower with sink, vanity and mirror just outside.

There is not a coffee maker or cups in the room

Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Just leave any used towels on the floor and leave any extra blankets that you use on the bed. No need to take the used bedding off of the bed.
No need to do anything else but set the thermostat Up to 72 degrees in the summer (on cool) Down to 68 degrees in the winter (on heat)
Shut off the lights (including the porch lights) and close the door when you leave. Please pull the gate closed behind you and latch it if you are the last guest to leave.

Very nice accommodations. Stayed four nights while fishing at Sherman Reservoir. Small refrigerator which worked ok. Air conditioning and a small microwave. Would definitely stay again. Liked the private, quiet location.

South Loop City Property Was Perfect

We had a perfect stay and everything was very clean and comfortable. There was a table in the room we could play cards at. The little fridge was perfect for our drinks and leftovers.They even have a grill to use if you want. Appreciated the hostess keeping in touch with us from the beginning until our trip was over.

Great New Place to stay for Sherman Res fun

Very clean, almost new constructuion. Covered porch with lighting made for great gathering and grilling. All rooms have there own circuit to plug boats in outside of the room. So no overloading while charging. Where able to get 3 boats and there trucks backed in. A little tight but doable. We will be staying there in future. Host was very responsive to questions. Very Nice place.

Very nice room, lots of space. Comfortable bed. There is no security lighting, so coming to the property in the dark was a challenge for me. There were no cups of any kind, so I was unable to even get a glass of water or something to use to rinse after brushing my teeth. This is in the country so no easy access to a convience store to buy water. And a coffee maker would be nice. Overall it was okay for what I needed.
