Welcoming you to enjoy our newly renovated, amazing, one bedroom North Shore condo located directly on a private Lake Michigan beach, complete with a private association deck and heated pool! Our serene unit is located on the 2nd floor (just a 1/2 flight up from the parking lot and only 1 1/2 flights up from the sundeck). It has exquisite views, overlooking the beautiful Lake Michigan northern coastline from every window. A mere few steps out the door of this lake view unit and you'll find yourself on a private 200 foot deck overlooking stunning Lake Michigan with a heated pool, lounge chairs, dining tables and grills to share. Bring your beach chairs and enjoy the wonderful, pristine, 200 foot of private beach! Choose to relax in the sun, swim in the heated pool or beautiful Lake Michigan, enjoy beach volleyball or take a stroll along the beach to the South Haven lighthouses that have welcomed travelers for more than 100 years.

With South Haven's historic quaint downtown just a short walk or bike ride away, you can enjoy a variety of shops and restaurants along the harbor. Downtown South Haven offers everything including a farmer's market, antiques, clothing, art galleries, stores for your pets, unique souvenirs, wonderful food and more. Whether you are looking for a quiet getaway or fun filled festivals and events, there is something for everyone in South Haven.

Our one bedroom unit sleeps four and has a KING bed, a queen pull out sofa and an ottoman that pulls out to a memory foam twin bed. The kitchen is complete with everything you need for either a quiet dinner or for entertaining. Convenient laundry (using app) is located within the building, on the lower level.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please take the trash to the disposal bin outside the property, in the trash bins, at the end of the parking lot. All trash must fit inside bins as nothing on the ground will be picked up.
Please strip the beds of all linens and sheets and gather all used towels. Place them in the laundry basket, in the closet. This way, housekeeping knows what was used and what needs to be cleaned.
- Assure kitchen appliances like the coffee machine, toaster, etc., are turned off. - Check that the refrigerator and freezer have been cleared of all food. - Check that all windows are closed.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We loved being able to walk right out to the beach and pool! The condo was clean, bed was comfortable, and everyone we met was friendly. The only issue we had was with the wifi going in and out/not very strong. We had little to no service so we were reliant on the wifi in the condo. Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend it to others!

Perfect beach vacation

My family had a wonderful stay at this property. The property was clean and welcoming and had everything we needed. The property manager was friendly and very responsive to our questions and needs. This property is perfect - we enjoyed time at the beach and then played in the pool. It was a short walk to shops and restaurants downtown. We were there over the 4th of July holiday and watched fireworks from the deck. We are already planning to return next summer! Thank you for a great vacation!

Such a cute condo!

The condo is very cute and comfortable. I think it’s a perfect location and so easily walkable to downtown. We loved the heated pool to still have water access on the chilly days. The bed is comfortable and everything was very clean. The only not great part was the internet, I think the entirety of the two condo buildings shares internet and most of the time the signal was nonexistent. So if you would have to work at all while there, That is something to keep in mind. The beach is beautiful and clean. I hope to make this my new summer spot!

Perfect location/Great View

The location of this condo is 10/10 perfect. The private beach access is ideal. The back patio seating area is great. It’s a very short walk into to town for shopping or lunch. We also enjoy the heated pool. WiFi single was sometimes weak, and may have kept going out (could have been user error too on our end). We didn’t mind though as we try to “unplug” when traveling. The laundry facilities on the lower level was also very handy!My 2 young kids (under age 8) slept on the pull out ottoman and the couch. It worked perfect.Quick tips- and maybe these are in the description or pic and I overlooked it- The shower is a shower only, no bathtub. The bedroom didn’t get as chilly at night as we like, likely b/c the AC unit is in the living room area but we used a fan they provided to help blow some cold air in.Will definitely be staying here again when visiting SoHa!

Best Ever

My wife and I have stayed several places on or close to Lake Michigan in various places, including South Haven. Christine (owner) was very responsive in answering several questions we had prior to choosing this North Shore unit. The same for supplying us with all necessary instructions once booked. Therefore, we had no need to contact her during our stay. The unit itself was supplied with everything we needed, including a partial view of Lake Michigan, as advertised. Our building, sitting on the private beach with an unobstructed view of the lake, boasted a HUGE deck (and a pool.) We made use of the deck every day. Thanks to unbreakable dishes supplied in our unit, we took our coffee and breakfast food to the cozy little lower part of the deck every morning. We watched sunsets every night from there, too! The unit appeared new and was very clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. My wife mentioned the fluffy towels and large comfortable mattress right away. This South Haven property was by far the BEST for having all we wanted. The location is ideal for walking to get anything one would want in town. (A bonus was a bakery my wife deemed as "excellent" that was 5 minutes straight down the sidewalk fronting our building.) Unlike any other Lake Michigan experience we've had, I parked the car upon arrival and, except for going to 2 restaurants out of the downtown, I didn't move it all week! We plan to request this unit for any return stays in South Haven!
