Waterfront Cottage with Beach Access – Sleeps 6 & Pet Friendly!
Looking for a place to truly relax, unwind, and get away from it all? Welcome to our family cottage on Sandy Point, where you’ll enjoy private beach access and the peaceful charm of coastal Maine.
Our home features three comfortable bedrooms upstairs and a full bathroom on the main level. Gather around the dining room table that seats six, or settle into the cozy living area after a day of exploring. Off the dining room, you’ll find a spacious enclosed porch with sliding windows—perfect for enjoying ocean breezes and water views without the bugs. Out back, an open porch with a grill and seating makes the ideal spot for your morning coffee or an evening cocktail.
Step outside and you’ll discover numerous walking trails just down the road, great for stretching your legs and soaking in the natural beauty of the area.
This cottage has been in our family for over 60 years, and we take pride in sharing it with guests who love it as much as we do.
Conveniently located, we’re just 11 miles from Bucksport, 14 miles from Belfast, 30 miles from Bangor, and 45 miles from the Bar Harbor area—close enough for day trips, yet tucked away enough to feel like a true escape.
