Thank you for sharing your property with my family for our week of spring break. It was a quiet place to go after the busy day of fun. We had trouble getting into our unit but one phone call and it was fixed, just a dead battery on the key pad but they had a key there to use when that happens. Clean and comfortable.
It was a very nice place to stay. The communication with the owners, Angela Vascan, was great. The TV in the living room would not turn on when we arrived. Property itself was great. Very clean and close to amenities. Great stay for the price. Did have to message day before via app and day of via app and text to get check in instructions. Received a few hours later. Gate key to get in and out of resort and pool did not work. Messaged about it but never got resolved so to access pool we had to get other people to let us in and had to stop at guard gate everytime we came back to condo. It was a little bit of a hassle.

We appreciate you writing the review. I apologize that you feel that you did not receive your instructions. All of our guests receive all of their check in instructions via email the day they book their stay as well as a few days before their check in. I advise guests to check their spam folder because a lot of times new email does go into their spam folder.
Our stay was nothing short of amazing! When we first arrived our digital keypad to our door had died so we were not able to use it and they were just a phone call away and the issue was immediately resolved within minutes. The condo was so clean and cozy. It had everything we needed plus more. Would highly recommend to anyone!

A/C unit broken during stay and made a loud noise every 7 seconds all day and night long. Hot water didn’t work and had to take cold showers. Access card to facilities didn’t work at first and property management didn’t respond in a timely fashion at all.

The unit itself was nice and in good location. However upon arriving after a 6 hour drive the keypad to the door did not work (which I had to fix) and once inside the unit nothing had been cleaned from previous guest. After waiting 2 hours for crew to come clean we finally got settled in. Also the access key card to enter pool and front gate entrance to property did not work either and forced us to go through the check in lane every time we entered the property which was very frustrating. All this was communicated to property manager yet nothing was fixed for our entire weeks stay.

Thank you for booking our property. As stated in the rental agreement, we have a code to the lock box for the key to enter our condo. The pad is operated on batteries and , sometimes they run out and the pad is for convenience the batteries were there to change. You did not have to fix anything since the pad was not broken.
As for the cleaning crew they were back up that day of your arrival and they did their best to finish cleaning the condo sooner. They were made aware of the situation.
You did receive partial refund for the inconvenience.

Hello, we had stayed for one month and likely wouldn’t again. Thank you. The best part was the kind people at the gate and that it is a gated community. Dated appliances which weren’t very efficient. Windows and doors were older and not effective in keeping out Maitenance never returned any phone calls or answeredsmoke from community

Branson 2024
Floors were dirty. They didn’t had a dust pan so we had to use a box. First night found out the tv in the living room didn’t work. So after two days of being there we ended up going and buying a cheap tv that way we had something to do at night. Communication was terrible with the owner. The day before we were supposed to leave the cleaning lady tried to walk in also. We will not be staying here again.

We appreciate you writing a feedback. As you know we have a cleaning crew and they were made aware of the floors. They do clean them before each guests arrive and after they leave. We do not clean floors while guests stay at our condo. As for the TV since there were guests staying at the condo before you arrived, they must have broken it. However, we are in the process of change it. Not sure exactly what you meant by communication was not good. I did text you back as soon as you had texted about any question you had. I do appreciate you staying here and I would like you to know that we will take care of any issues our guests encounter as soon as we are aware of them.

We stayed at this property for five nights. While the house itself was generally fine, we did experience a few issues that I feel are worth mentioning.The first night, we noticed a loud vibration or humming sound that was very disruptive, especially when trying to sleep. I reached out to the property contact, who said someone would come out to address it the next day. However, nobody ever came, and we never heard back from her again about it. The noise continued for the entire stay.There were also fingernail clippings left in the sink from a previous guest that hadn’t been cleaned up before our arrival.I had to reach out for checkout procedures the day before we left, and while she did provide them, she mentioned she usually doesn’t send them until the morning of departure. That didn’t make sense because checkout was at 10 a.m. What if we wanted to leave earlier, like at 7 a.m.?I cannot recommend this place.
