Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please take a moment to: • 🔒 Front Door: Press the lock button on the outside keypad to secure the front door. • 🚪 Back Slider: Lock with bar inside door and handle please
• 🍔 Grill: If used, please clean it and ensure the gas tank is turned all the way off • ❄️ AC: Set the thermostat to 76° and turn off fans • 🗑️Trash: Can place in the bins located in the garage
• 🎯 Games: Please return all game pieces back to their original boxes. •💡Lighting: Please turn all lights off Thanks for helping us keep everything nice for the next guests & take care!:)
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No excessive noise after late evening hours.Please don’t steal items available for use or have any parties (leave excessive trash ect /damage).
Keep the lock on for the slider if you have children/not strong swimmers.Pool is available to all guest but have knowledge about risk/total liability.
If the grill is to be used, please clean it afterwards and make sure the gas tank is turned off.

The pool looked nice! Still too cold to get into.Lots of leaves but understandable.We would stay again for sure!We are working over on the beach and will need to stay somewhere again in the near future for a longer time.

Perfect for what we needed

Loved walking into vacation music playing! House was in a perfect location, outside living space is amazing and interior was perfect. It was a little too cold to enjoy the pool during our stay in Feb, which was the only downfall of the property, as a heated pool would have been nice. However that’s the gamble you make with the weather in Feb. Overall highly recommend
