Just what we needed for the weekend!

We were in town for a fishing tournament in Fort Fisher and this home was in the perfect spot for us. Easy walk to the beach and close to restaurants and the Fort Fisher beach access. We had everything we needed for the week and any questions I had were answered almost immediately. TV had Apple TV for us to watch and the beds were comfy. Check in and out was easy and smooth. We will definitely stay here again if needed!!!

Dirty slept in beds!

We booked with you over other locations because the pictures online made the place look very clean and tidy. Instead, I arrive with my brother and his family as our guests and we keep finding these problems. For instance...I texted inquiring if you have beach chairs. You replied yes. Unfortunately for us, we found only one camping chair and the rest are all broken beach chairs. The kitchen is missing oven mitts, paper towels, dish cloth, and dish towels. And our kids found a belt behind the cushions of the sofa. The patio downstairs and porch upstairs look like they haven't been cleaned in weeks. There are leaves and debris behind the cushions and all over the floors. My brother fixed the toilet that was running all night. I don't know about you, but your way of "letting you know" would have been an inconvenience for us to meet with you to take care of the situation. You should have had an extra set of linens so we didn't have this situation in the first place. You should have said you weren't sure about the beach chairs or the condition of them, so we would have brought our own. The difference between our expectations and what we experienced is so profound that I would like a full refund of our stay. My husband and I have stayed at dozens of other well know rentals and have never had such an experience. And needless to say, I only received $150 credit for all of these issues.
