As you enter this splendid home away from home, you will find hardwood flooring and modern decor throughout. The oversized balcony is the perfect spot to sip your morning coffee gazing at the beautiful bay view. Cook your favorite meals in the well-equipped kitchen with all stainless steel appliances. Spend the day at the beach, just steps away, to frolic in the waves or catch some rays. The coastal-themed living area enjoys a huge smart TV with streaming and cable services to keep you entertained during your stay. The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
