As you step inside, you ll walk down the hallway to the spacious living area, flooded with natural light from the oceanfront balcony and adorned with modern decor.

The living room is the perfect spot to unwind after a day of beach adventures. Sink into the plush sofa and enjoy views of the sparkling ocean through the balcony windows. For your entertainment, a smart TV with streaming capabilities is available, allowing you to enjoy your favorite shows and movies.

Adjacent to the living area is the fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the amenities you ll need to prepare delicious meals. The sleek appliances and ample countertop space make cooking a breeze. Whether you re whipping up a quick breakfast or preparing a gourmet feast, this kitchen has you covered.

Enjoy your meals in the dining area or out on the oceanfront balcony, which includes an outdoor sofa as well as a cafe table with seating for two!

When it s time to rest, retreat to the comfortable bedroom. The room features a cozy king-size bed and tasteful decor. Guests staying on the living room sofa bed can wake up to the soothing sound of the waves crashing against the shore and step out onto the private oceanfront balcony, where you can savor your morning coffee while taking in the breathtaking views.

The property also offers one and a half bathrooms, ensuring convenience for all guests. The full bathroom features a modern design and is equipped with a walk in shower combination, while the half bathroom provides an additional convenience.

To make your stay even more enjoyable, the property includes laundry machines, so you can easily take care of any laundry needs during your visit. Stay connected with complimentary high-speed WiFi throughout the condo, allowing you to browse the web or stay connected with loved ones.

PLEASE NOTE: We get credited to replace soiled linens and towels, so please do not dispose of any! If any linens or towels are missing you will be charged a replacement fee.

Linens ARE included in this listing (fresh sheets, pillow cases, bedcovers, blankets, towels). Towel set is provided for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth). We are unable to supply additional towels, but there is a washer and dryer available for your use.

* Outdoor pool is scheduled to open the weekend before memorial day until mid-October.
* Check-out time is 10am, please be sure to depart promptly as we use a professional cleaning company that requires access after 10am.
* Guests are expected to remove all trash and place bagged trash down the trash chute, which can be found along the outdoor walkway of each floor.
* If you have dirty dishes on the morning of checkout, please load the dishwasher and start a cycle with the provided dish tablets
* Guests that violate the Town of Ocean City Noise Ordinance or Condo Association rules may face immediate eviction

Please note that the requirements and pricing of any fee that the building charges is subject to change, and is out of the host s control. In the case that anything changes prior to your stay we ll alert you as soon as we know about it.

Cancellation Policy:
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If the guest cancels 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel after that, only the cleaning fee will be refunded.
