As you step inside, you'll walk down the hallway to the spacious living area, flooded with natural light from the oceanfront balcony and adorned with modern decor.

The living room is the perfect spot to unwind after a day of beach adventures. Sink into the plush sofa and enjoy views of the sparkling ocean through the balcony windows. For your entertainment, a smart TV with streaming capabilities is available, allowing you to enjoy your favorite shows and movies.

Adjacent to the living area is the fully equipped kitchen, complete with all the amenities you'll need to prepare delicious meals. The sleek appliances and ample countertop space make cooking a breeze. Whether you're whipping up a quick breakfast or preparing a gourmet feast, this kitchen has you covered.

Enjoy your meals in the dining area or out on the oceanfront balcony, which includes an outdoor sofa as well as a cafe table with seating for two!

PLEASE NOTE: We get credited to replace soiled linens and towels, so please do not dispose of any! If any linens or towels are missing you will be charged a replacement fee.

Linens ARE included in this listing (fresh sheets, pillow cases, bedcovers, blankets, towels). Towel set is provided for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth). We are unable to supply additional towels, but there is a washer and dryer available for your use.

Important Notes
* No groups under 24 years old
* May 18th through October 31st: Guests must pay a parking fee upon arrival to building, $50 per stay. (Cash only) Please know that this fee is subject to change at the building's discretion.
* Maximum occupancy of 4
* Outdoor pool is scheduled to open the weekend before memorial day until mid-October.
* Check-out time is 10am, please be sure to depart promptly as we use a professional cleaning company that requires access after 10am.
* Guests are expected to remove all trash and place bagged trash down the trash chute, which can be found along the outdoor walkway of each floor.
* If you have dirty dishes on the morning of checkout, please load the dishwasher and start a cycle with the provided dish tablets
* Guests that violate the Town of Ocean City Noise Ordinance or Condo Association rules may face immediate eviction

Our Cancellation Policy:
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If guests cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll be refunded 50% of the nightly rate, plus the cleaning fee.
If guests cancel within 7 stays of check in, no refund will be sent.
