Fast & Easy access to freeways, I-15 and 78. We are pet friendly with fully enclosed private back yard at guest house. Relax by the pool and enjoy the fabulous sunsets. A true Oasis city close with a country feel.
We are located in the most desirable area of the Vista foothills on a private 2 Acre Gated Estate. We have the best climate in Vista with an average temperature of 73 degrees year round. We've hosted weddings and many other International events at our family Estate over the years. When I drive home my first thought from the busy day is I'm now entering paradise! You will love the beautiful grounds, the plants, chirping birds and the privacy.
There is also a 2 bedroom available on the same property that is perfect for family or friends to stay on the same property

The guest house has a fire stick and an HDMI cable to connect your computer to the TV. We also have high speed internet a good size desk that is perfect for remote working.
There is a travel Blow dryer if you don’t want to pack one and we always complimentary coffee and teas ready for you!!
The kitchen is perfect for cooking your favorite meal or if you prefer a blended protein drink there is great blender for that!! The kitchen is well stocked with plenty of spices, oils and whatever you need for a home cooked meal.
If you're looking for a peaceful getaway or a place that is close to freeway access for travelers looking to go to Legoland, the Zoo, Sea World, Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, Universal Studios, Wine tasting the beach or the mountains this is the place.

We enjoyed the property but the 2 bedroom unit has poor ac (portable units in bedroom) so it was pretty warm inside. And the kitchen lighting is not good for all the cooking we wanted to do. Our host was helpful and brought us a lamp, which helped a little. The outdoor cooking/dining area was wonderful!

I have been selling Real Estate for over 30 years and my daughter who is also a Broker for over 15 years. We have been offering FREE professional Home Staging for all our sellers so when Airbnb took off it was natural for me to step into the design and hosting of Airbnb's. I love hospitality and started a non profit in 1999 that promotes International hospitality and friendship partnering with highschool and college students in France. I am also a speaker and a professional life coach to young woman. I am known as the Legacy Land Pro and love to show others how to leave a legacy of both income and equity through the ownership of Real Estate to become financially independent and to leave an inheritance for my grandchildren. I homeschooled my kids for 8 years and before it was popular and have a very close relationship with all three of my kids and grandkids. I grew upon on a farm in northern California and I chose Vista because you get a country feel yet city close because I'm a little bit country and a little bit Rock n Roll! I love listening to the birds in the morning and occasional roosters. Vista is known as the climatic wonderland of the USA with an average year round temperature of 73 degrees. The rolling hills and cool coastal breezes make Vista one of the best places to vacation. You are just 8 miles to the Oceanside Pier and white sandy beaches and about an hour from Disneyland, 20 minutes to Legoland and less than on hour to the snow in the winter. My home is located less than 10 miles to the I-15 and 78 freeways and 15 minutes to quaint downtown Vista where you'll find an array of breweries and restaurants. If you want to visit the beautiful city of San Diego dont miss visiting these treasures like Old Town, Seaport Village, La Jolla, Belmont Park, the Zoo, Balboa Park, Wild Animal Park, Sea World, Legoland, The Wave Water Park, or Drive across Coronado Bridge to Visit Hotel Del Coronado, The Del Mar Fair in June, Torrey Pines, Wineries, Beaches and so much more. San Diego is amazingly beautiful with so much to do and see. When I drive home each day I feel like I am entering paradise through the gates of my 2 acres Estate home and still pinch myself that I get to live on such a beautiful property and city.

What makes this property unique

I am located close to the city yet feel like you in the country. Its located on a private road on a 2 Acre gated estate with gorgeous landscaping, an amazing pool, spa, waterfall, grotto and bar overlooking the pol. I have a 650 sq ft outdoor covered cabana with wrap around bar, BBQ, Smoker, Fireplace, living room and outdoor TV's. You have various spots through the 2 acres to relax and soak in the beautiful weather year round. I do not allow parties so when you visit you can expect a quiet and peaceful experience. The pool is located on the lower lot and private from the main house, the guest house and 2 br suite all located on the grounds. This allows guest to enjoy some fun in the sun with privacy. Each unit has been beautifully designed and has everything you could imagine and so much more to make your stay comfortable including a beautiful kitchen with custom cabinets, quartz counters and stainless steel appliances. There is also a private attached patio area to enjoy with its own outdoor seating and BBQ.
