I grew upon on a farm in northern California and I chose Vista because you get a country feel yet city close because I'm a little bit country and a little bit Rock n Roll! I love listening to the birds in the morning and occasional roosters. Vista is known as the climatic wonderland of the USA with an average year round temperature of 73 degrees. The rolling hills and cool coastal breezes make Vista one of the best places to vacation. You are just 8 miles to the Oceanside Pier and white sandy beaches and about an hour from Disneyland, 20 minutes to Legoland and less than on hour to the snow in the winter. My home is located less than 10 miles to the I-15 and 78 freeways and 15 minutes to quaint downtown Vista where you'll find an array of breweries and restaurants. If you want to visit the beautiful city of San Diego dont miss visiting these treasures like Old Town, Seaport Village, La Jolla, Belmont Park, the Zoo, Balboa Park, Wild Animal Park, Sea World, Legoland, The Wave Water Park, or Drive across Coronado Bridge to Visit Hotel Del Coronado, The Del Mar Fair in June, Torrey Pines, Wineries, Beaches and so much more. San Diego is amazingly beautiful with so much to do and see.
When I drive home each day I feel like I am entering paradise through the gates of my 2 acres Estate home and still pinch myself that I get to live on such a beautiful property and city.
