Celebrate your vacation or holidays in this newly built 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom multi-level house with amazing views and comfort. Prepare meals in the fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Capture sunsets as you barbecue on the deck. Play relaxing music on the baby grand piano. Unwind with a nice steam shower or jacuzzi at the end of the day. And weather permitting, enjoy kayaking and paddle boarding right out your back door. Even bring your personal watercraft to launch at the marina up the street. Garage space available for 1 car next to the 2 bicycles we've supplied for you to ride into town with. Sleeps 8 comfortably, 10 max. Well located on the South shore minutes away from the train to NYC or the beaches and towns of the Hamptons. We speak Spanish and French if requested.

Amazing Home!

My family and I stayed at this beautiful property in Center Moriches. This property was everything and more, located in a perfect secluded location on the water. It was clean and comfortable with all of the amenities we needed. Wide open floor plan, large decks, very large rooms and beautiful large master bedroom and bath. We were extremely comfortable the entire stay. Highly recommend!!!! 10/10

The house and setting are inviting and the proximity to town is key. Master Suite is spectacular and overall comfort of house is top notch. Views to die for and modern amenities. Will definitely be back.

Fantastic week

We had a perfect week at Sharon’s house. It is a modern spacious house in a beautiful waterfront setting which we enjoyed very much. It was clean and has everything you need. The best things for us were the amazing views (sunsets!) from the deck and balcony and the kayaking directly from the property to the water. We definitely will be back.

Lovely stay

We had a wonderful vacation here. House is beautiful, beds are comfortable, and owners are responsive. It’s a quick drive to the Hamptons. Would recommend.

While we live in Northern California full time now, I am originally from the NY/NJ metropolitan area and my husband is Spanish from Madrid. We have 5 kids living between California, NY, and Europe, and love sharing meals together and travel.

Why they chose this property

Our family has owned the property that our house stands on since the 1950s. A long time Long Island family that had to rebuild our house after Hurricane Sandy. We'd love to welcome you to our house and share a little bit of local history.
