When you aren't sitting on the deck overlooking the water, head for nearby North Jetty, Ocean City State Park, or Twin Harbors State Park.

Inside, the sunlight seeps in effortlessly through the home's many windows. Gather with your loved ones on the soft seating in the living room while being warmed by the heat of the wood-burning stove. Turn on the large TV to stream your favorite TV shows and movies when you simply want to sit and relax.

The adjacent well-equipped kitchen features ample meal prep space, updated appliances, and a large pantry. When mealtime rolls around, dine as a family at the quaint, wooden dining table.

Both of the bedrooms are spacious, bright, and simply decorated - ensuring your comfort. Additionally inside, appreciate having access to a private washer/dryer.

THINGS TO KNOW
This home is not equipped with air-conditioning.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
