Welcome to "The Riverside Rendezvous" in Bullhead City! Our house is perfect for one or two families, as it can sleep up to 8 people comfortably.

The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, just a few minutes away from the casinos. You can enjoy the convenience of being close to the action, without having to deal with the noise and traffic. Katherine's Landing and the casinos are also just a few minutes away, so you can enjoy the beautiful Colorado River or Lake Mohave.
The space
Located in a great location just minutes from the casinos or Lake Mohave, our new-build home sits on a large lot with plenty of parking for boats, RZR's, jet skis and more. Upon walking in the front door, you'll enter into the open concept living, dining and kitchen area, perfect to convene after a day on the water and reconnect. Down the hall you'll find laundry room, bedroom one with two twin beds, bedroom two with a queen and the master at the end with a large king-size bed.
Guest access
Note that the front drive way is gravel and cars should still be able to park on it. The garage currently holds our personal items and is not accessible at this time.

Amazing!

Such a great experience. The owner responded quickly to our questions and made sure everything was in order. The house is beautiful and the neighborhood is nice and quiet. Just what we needed after a long day at the lake. Would definitely rent again.

Nice House

Overall a very nice house. Some things to keep in mind are…it’s very hard to get a hold of the owner. A response is either not received or received days later. The exterior of the house looks smaller than it actually is. The inside is very spacious, new and clean. We were provided with two queen size inflatable mattresses, one of which deflated in the night. There is also a portable pack n play. No exterior outlets to charge water toys.
