The Second Bedroom features a queen size bed, flat screen 32' LCD TV, large walk-in closet, with an exterior window with river views. The Third Bedroom is spacious as well, with a full bed AND a twin bed, a brand new 32' flat screen LCD TV, and views of the river.

There is a parking space in the garage near the elevator when you unload. There is additional parking in front of the building.

The building was built in 2007 so everything is clean and in working order; there are only 65 units in the building so it is never crowded, and has an oceanfront pool and hot tub, with a state of the art fitness center, full kitchen and bar, pool table, card tables and a flat screen TV. There is plenty to do including golf cart, ATV and bike rentals on the beach, as well as surfboard rentals across the street. There are also jet ski rentals at Ponce Inlet, just a short drive south. Daytona has plenty of kid-friendly entertainment, shopping and restaurant options and everything is within walking distance or a short drive away.

You can watch the sunrise in the morning and watch the sunset over the Halifax River from the balcony or from inside the condo.
