Welcome to Enchanted Palms Villa! This home boasts a private outdoor entertainment oasis including heated saltwater pool, sun shelf complete with umbrella and lounge chairs, a large shady outdoor sectional, ambient lighting at night (in and above the pool), 4 hole golf course and outdoor dining for 8.

Deliberately designed for your comfort, our accommodations offer four bedrooms that provide a private haven for relaxation. Two of these bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, ensuring convenience and exclusivity. In each bedroom, you'll find a personal TV, allowing you to unwind and enjoy your favorite shows after an exciting day of fun-filled activities.

Our common areas are thoughtfully crafted to foster togetherness and entertainment. The spacious living room and inviting Florida room beckon you to bond with your group, whether it's engaging in a game of pool or ping pong while the family bartender shakes up something fun for everyone to enjoy. With plenty of space to spread out, you can make the most of your time together and create unforgettable memories in a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

Conveniently located 20 minutes from PBI airport and 45 minutes from FLL airport you will find yourself in a great neighborhood just 2 short miles to lively Atlantic Avenue in Delray Beach as well as the gorgeous beach itself.

The Pool is heated to 85° during the day from December to April. IMPORTANT: heating speed depends on the outdoor temperature and the temperature may not be optimal due to weather. The control panel is for management use only. Any evidence of tampering with the pool heater will result in a $500 fine and any cost associated with repairs. To heat the pool outside of December - April, there is a $30 fee per night.

A little piece of paradise

Our stay was wonderful. The accommodations were spot on, and anything we needed during our stay was taken care of. We found the property to be extremely comfortable for our family. Our grandchildren and children love the pool, the putting green, and the yard. We are grateful that the weather was cooperative and we look forward to returning to this property next year.

Great house!!

We had a great nine night stay all over the Christmas holidays the house is very very comfortable nicely furnished everything we needed kitchen utensils, dishes, silverware, everything excellent condition brand new. It was really nice to stay in the house that has a new renovation. The pool is beautiful. The yard is beautiful. The outside artificial turf grass is amazing, the linens were perfectly acceptable to us. Everything was like brand new it was comforting to know we had a brand new hot water heater, and the showers were all a beautiful renovation. We would not hesitate to book this property again we all had a great time.

Perfect for 2 families w/ teenagers

We stayed at this adorable house with 2 families including 5 teenagers. The kitchen is large with all the appliances and cooking tools that you would need. Having 3 full bathrooms was amazing. The outdoor area is perfect for Florida with a beautifully clear and warm pool and comfortable lounging area in the pool. The neighborhood is cozy and secret garden like. We were only a 5 minute drive to Delray Beach and 15 minutes to West Palm Beach. We all had a wonderful experience. Thank you!

We are blown away by the pool at Enchanted Palms Villa. Guest after guest has shared wonderful time and memories spent enjoying the pool, golf, pool table and ping pong. This house is perfect for making great memories! The interior is spacious, well air conditioned and has ultra comfortable beds. The location is great. There is a tropical fruit farm right around the corner! The beach and vibrant Atlantic Avenue are just 2 miles down the road.
