The host was extremely responsive pre trip even directing us of the best way to go about extending our stay. Check in was simple. We did not have a car but were able to follow the clearly written directions and pictures to help locate the key fob. Rental was clean and organized allowing us to easily find anything we may have needed.

The parking is reachable from the main apartment. The location can’t be beat, and all the amenities are top notch. However, you’ve got a bit of a slog if you have too much luggage.

Melissa was always prompt and very detailed. She was an awesome host that made check in very smooth and easy. Parking was very safe and Free. Close walking distance to All downtown restaurants. The apartment was very clean with a comfortable mattress. We would definitely stay here again when in Columbia.

Perfect stay for our college tour. Great location, extremely clean and Melissa’s instruction were clear and particular. Wonderful to not have to worry about a parking spot when so conveniently located to nice local spots! Great host!

Absolutely wonderful experience. Free parking downtown is so helpful. Close to lots of restaurants making dinner a breeze. The place was so clean and welcoming. I would recommend this place and host to anyone looking for a place to stay downtown.

Wonderful space, exactly as described. Host is very communicative, very up front… we have two kids working their way through USC and this will absolutely be a return option. I feel like I should lie and say it was horrible just so no one else books it but that would be the wrong thing to do. Melissa is awesome. Her space is awesome. Columbia is awesome.
