Escape to our one of a kind 4-bed, 2-bath beach home, just a 5 minute stroll to the beach! This home is also walkable to a mini golf course (Pirate’s Island Adventure Golf), souvenir shops & many, many restaurants! Featuring a fun-filled Wild Florida themed game room, arcade, pool table, ping pong table, private pool, putt putt & 2-car garage. We're family-friendly & can comfortably sleep 15 with 9 total beds. *See the "Space" section for sleeping arrangements*
Parking for 4 cars maximum.

Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our property's quiet hours are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. We care a lot about maintaining good relationships with our community, so we appreciate you following our "house rules" during your stay.

Great neighborhood and neighbors. This is a tight knit community, so please be mindful and respectful of all neighbors and quiet hours from 9pm to 8am.
Guests will have access to the entire property during their stay with exception to one storage closet reserved for the cleaners.

Sleeps 7. 1 sets of twin over twin bunkbeds, 1 set of full over full bunkbeds with a pull out twin size trundle bed underneath, Smart TV with cable package and a closet. There are drawers underneath the twin bunks and under the stair cavities for clothing storage during your stay.

-Living Room 1-
Sofa, Loveseat, sitting chair, TV, Coffee table, 2 poufs for extra sitting, Smart TV with Spectrum TV Streaming Package and a Roku built into the TV.

-Living Room 2/ Game Room-
Sleeps 2. Very large sofa with extra cushions to form a large, oversized sofa for lounging and using as a theater room as well as sleeping 2 people on the modular sofa bed. Large 65" Roku TV with Spectrum TV Streaming App. Arcade with over 50 games built into it. Convertible pool table/ ping pong table. Putterball putting game and mat with 2 putters and balls.

-Dining Room/ Kitchen-
Comfortably seats 6 at dining room table 1 w/ extension leaf it can seat 8. Dining table 2 seats 4.
All pots/ pans/ silverware/ cooking utensils/ silverware, glasses, coffee mugs, drip coffee maker, french press, pour over coffee, electric oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and pantry.

-Bathroom 1-
Located in the hallway between the 3 bedrooms. It has a tub, shower, vanity and toilet.

-Bathroom 2-
En suite bathroom located in the master bedroom with a shower, toilet and vanity. No tub in bathroom 2.

-Front yard-
8' x 2'cowboy pool, 2 hammocks, 2 sitting chairs & fenced in yard w/gate

-Backyard-
Fully fenced in. 2 sitting chairs there at the moment, with a patio set being delivered, but not on site yet.

-Garage-
2 car garage which also has 4 beach chairs for guests and a beach wagon for toting gear to the beach.

-Driveway Size-
4/2 with 2 car garage & parking for 2 additional cars in paver driveway // 68ft long 15ft wide
Guests can easily walk or bike to most convenience stores, shops, breakfast, lunch & dinner spots! It really is a great walkable location! The closets grocery store is Publix and it is a little over 1 mile away (3 mins driving)

We had a weekend getaway with our family. The house was perfectly located; within walking distance or short drive to everything we wanted to do. The place was a great size with lots to do. The ping pong table was a big hit! Will stay again.

Great house!

My family and I stayed here for Thanksgiving and the Turkey Rod Run. The house is easy to find and in walking distance of shops, restaurants, mini golf and the beach. About a 20 minute drive to the Speedway. Kid’s enjoyed having their own beds and enjoyed playing the arcade games and ping pong/pool. We didn’t get to tryout the cowboy pool because of the weather. Two car garage was a plus and Chris was always prompt in answering any questions that we had. Will definitely stay again.

Perfect Space-Family Place

We absolutely LOVED our stay. The house was so comfortable and cozy. Perfect space for our family. Fun layout. All the creature comforts. Loved the coffee & tea bar. TV’s in every room. Ping Pong and arcade game throughly enjoyed. Fenced in space for our dogs to be safely let out was wonderful. Excellent communication with host made our trip 12 out of 10. We will definitely be renting again.

The game room was a big hit with everyone! The kids hooked up their game system on the big TV; between that and the pool table they didn't want to leave the room. We had 4 adults, 2 kids, and 3 dogs in our party and we had plenty of room! There was space for us to hang out together, but also plenty of space to spread out. You can walk to the beach, restaurants, and Mini-golf. It was really helpful to have the linens provided and the beach wagon was a plus, too. Great place to stay with your family!

Perfect for Entertaining

This place is welcoming and cute! The floor plan flows perfectly for a large group of guests to stay. Everyone has plenty of places to kick back, play games, watch movies, visit, cook and chill! You are not in top of each other in this unique, vacation vibes only home. We will definitely book this home again when we return to Daytona Beach. That reminds me. Address might be Port Orange but my family and I were able to walk straight down to the beach with ease.

Overall a nice Spot

The interior of the house was very fun: lots of good color schemes, pool table (although it was not great quality), Arcade games, TVs in every room, and the grill worked. They also had nice coffee section and beach stuff in the garage.Parking was a little tight, a couple of us had big trucks that would not fit in the garage but we made it work with a little bit of tetris ;). I felt the cost was a little high for what we got: the house had a lot of maintenance issues but the host was responsive when I brought it to their attention. The house is close to the beach and downtown daytona but the close beach parking is expensive and the area a little noisy. Overall a nice stay but I just felt it was priced too high for what we got.

Basketball/early Christmas

We were there for basketball at the Ocean Center and also an early Christmas with family. The weather wasn’t warm enough to sit on the beach, but we walked there many times, as it was only a short walk to the beach and many other stores and restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet, the house was very clean and spacious. There was a huge storm that blew through and we were all comfortable inside for a lot of the time with so many TVs and comfortable furniture. We used the games and arcade too. The communication with the host before check in was great, we didn’t have any issues during our stay. We would book here again if we ever come back to Daytona Beach.
