Getting Around:
We permit 1 vehicle per booking.

**Due to close proximity to the Palma Sola Causeway boat ramp, we have one designated parking spots for boats/jet ski trailers/etc. If you have a boat or jet-ski and are interested in reserving a spot, please message me and confirm a spot is available before booking**

Other Things to Note:
The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. We ensure that our cleaners are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness.

The canal wall renovation has been complete! We are in the process of adding some extra amenities to the back area in front of the canal, including a seating area. As of now, the picnic table is no longer in place, but we will have new amenities added shortly that will be a great upgrade! If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to reach out!

Interaction with Guests:
We can be reached anytime through the airbn b app. We also have an onsite property manager, Mary Ellen, that lives in Unit #7.
