**In accordance with the City of Dallas restrictions against short term rentals, there is a 30 day minimum on all stays at this home.**

This home is managed by Texas Corporate Homes. All of our properties are fully furnished and your daily rate does include all utilities, housewares, lawncare, and everything you need to feel at home.

Texas Corporate Homes has experience working with all of the major Insurance companies as well as most of the Temporary Housing providers. If you’ve been displaced due to an insurance claim, we are very familiar with the process and would be happy to work with these agencies to get you into the home as quickly and easily as possible.

Our minimum stay is 30 days and there is no maximum stay. Understanding that plans may change, we will keep the home available until you provide us notice. We never want to ask our guest to leave before they’re ready so this home will be yours as long as you need it.

All of the properties managed by Texas Corporate Homes are pet friendly. They all include washer and dryer, fenced in yards, and attached garages. Please feel free to reach out with any questions you have.
