About this property

This TWO STORY Penthouse condo provides breathtaking views of the southern coastline of the Atlantic Ocean. With over 3000 square feet, this condo provides four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. The large kitchen features picture windows and a breakfast nook while the grand master suite presents a sitting area, private balcony, and an opulent step-down bathroom. A den/study with gorgeous dental molding, high ceilings, wet bar, and fire place are all part of the package. Floor to ceiling windows in the living room shows fantastic oceanfront sights. This impeccable condo is ideal for a family vacay hotspot. Property has an indoor and out door pool and Tennis and Basketball courts at the property.

Due to some issues with the railings on the balconies at the property the only access to the balcony would be as you go out to the right hand side of the living room.

Cleaning and Sanitation - We take special care in cleaning and sanitizing our units between guests. Microban and Lysol are used throughout the entire unit, especially on high touch surfaces. Each guest receives a clean set of linens. If you would like more details regarding our cleaning procedures - please send us a message!

Great location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The penthouse was very clean. There were a few issues. Maintenance took care of some of the problems. Our main issue was that the master bed was broken. My husband went to Home Depot to get some wood to prop it up. The location and views were great! The beach was clean. Could have used some dish clothes and dish towels. We would definitely come back. We had a great family vacation!

Beach Trip

I will start by saying my family had a wonderful vacation and spending time together, the view was beautiful and the weather was perfect. The condo however, had many issues and there was zero communication with the management company, I tried but they never responded. To name a few, when we arrived last Saturday we were told there was a broken door within the condo but it would be fixed by Monday. It was never fixed. The door was leaning up against the door frame the entire week. Wouldn’t have been a big deal but we had two toddlers with us so we were constantly worried about their safety. I reached out to maintenance (as I was told to) but never received a response. There was a ladder in the kitchen just sitting in the pantry, again a concern with two toddlers. The WiFi never worked, I texted management about this and I received a text back that said “email maintenance,” so I did. Again no response from maintenance. The bed in the master bedroom broke twice, again no response and my husband had to fix it. The toilet in one of the downstairs bathrooms overflowed. I emailed maintenance again, with no response. The place is huge and has beautiful views but if you have small children definitely not a safe place and if you need something you definitely won’t get a response back.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit and the view from the penthouse were 10/10. That’s about where it ends. Palmetto vacation agency does not pick up the phone, does not respond to text messages if you need ANYTHING you might as well contact the building you are staying in management. While the unit was mostly clean, my daughter did find a few used socks under the edge of her bed (not a big deal we simply through them away) but my mother found 3 Advil by the night stand in her room. We had 4 children with us so that was concerning considering there were missed and could have been something other than advil that was left out. None of the upstairs TVs worked for the first two days, Wi-Fi password for the penthouse was not left in the unit and never given to me after I had asked for it.
