Sands Beach Club Resort is located at the end of the popular Shore Drive! The beach in front of Sands Beach Club is extra wide with room to spread out. It is also within walking distance to the Apache Pier, popular Ocean Annie's Bar with live music, Flip Flops Lounge, & River City Cafe. The new Don't Get it Twisted restaurant and bar also is located on the first floor of Sands Beach Club. It is also a short driving distance to many other popular areas including, Tanger Outlets, Barefoot Landing, House of Blues, Alabama Theater, Broadway at the Beach, Carolina Opry, Pirates Voyage, and Restaurant Row.

RESORT AMENITIES include indoor/outdoor pool, kiddie pool, indoor/outdoor hot tub, Coin-operated laundry located by the north end elevators on floors 2,5,6,8,9,10,11, fitness room, basketball, volleyball and tennis courts as well as a grilling area. This property has a pickleball court available, also. There is an on-site restaurant with a bar, open seasonally for lunch and poolside service. Open for dinner year-round.

ALL RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS WILL BE HELD TO THE FOLLOWING POLICY:
CANCELLATIONS THAT ARE MADE MORE THAN THIRTY DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL WILL BE REFUNDED 50% OF THE DOWN PAYMENT. CANCELLATIONS OR CHANGES THAT RESULT IN A SHORTENED STAY, THAT ARE MADE WITHIN THIRTY DAYS OF THE ARRIVAL, FORFEIT ALL MONIES PAID UNLESS THE CONDO IS REBOOKED FOR THE SAME RENTAL DATES & RATE. IF THE PROPERTY IS REBOOKED FOR THE RENTAL DATES (PARTIALLY OR FULLY) A REFUND WILL BE ISSUED FOR THE RATE THAT WE WERE ABLE TO REBOOK THE PROPERTY FOR AT THE LAST MINUTE, MINUS A $100 CANCEL FEE.

IN CASE OF A HURRICANE, REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IF THERE IS A "MANDATORY" EVACUATION ORDER GIVEN FOR THE AREA THAT THE PROPERTY IS LOCATED IN. AT THAT TIME, REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN ON ANY UNUSED PORTION OF RENT FROM DATE EVACUATION ORDER STARTS TO THE DATE THE EVACUATION ORDER IS LIFTED. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN OUTSIDE OF THE EVACUATION ORDER DATES.
