Quick get away

My wife and I have stayed at the Tidewater numerous times and most have been very nice. This stay wasn’t bad, but it definitely wasn’t the best. Our unit was clean but some of the dishes still had dried food on them and a couple items were left in the dishwasher. Also a couple small toys were left behind from a previous tenant, which tells me the cleaning crew didn’t do a very thorough job. The mattress in the main bedroom was awful. For such a nice unit the mattress was better suited for a low rent motel. The bedroom should have black out curtains because sunrise is approx. 5:30am so good luck sleeping until 7 or 8. The elevators for the entire resort were horrible. People were waiting for 10 and sometimes 15 minutes for an elevator to show up.
