This cabin was perfect for our family visit to the Helen, GA area! Plenty of room and very clean with everything we needed. We enjoyed watching the sun rise over the mountains through the large living area windows in the mornings, and getting cozy around the fireplace at night. Would definitely stay here again.
Great place to take a getaway. Awesome area. Great view to enjoy a cup of coffee. Just a really great experience.

It was truly a wonderful experience.
It was truly a wonderful experience.
Although, when I spoke to Denise, she told me there was a hot tub. I brought my bathing suit and was disappointed to find there wasn't a hot tub. No biggie, but wanted to mention this.
Thanks for a great experience!

What a view!
We booked this last minute and it was a simple and quick process. The house fit our family of 6 perfectly for the weekend. It was close to Helen and the local state park. Beautiful view from the crows nest!
Property was very cute! Love the views!! Comfortable beds (2 kings) which are great when traveling with couples. The loft with twin beds for the kids. A well equiped kitchen! The Christmas Tree for Thanksgiving was a nice touch! 🎄

Great cabin!
It was a great cabin to fit a family of five. Easy access for two wheel drive vehicles. We had one incident with some bedding but the property management responded immediately and fixed the issue. It was very clean when we arrived, including the bathrooms. It is located 15 mins from Helen which made the cabin convenient.

It’s All About Atmosphere
The atmosphere was enjoyable a quiet serene place. We enjoyed the wildlife visit passing thru in the morning and evening. The cabin needs to be updated as with age it’s looking old. The showers look original and in need of replacement before somebody falls thru as they are quite spongy for a 200 lb adult. Over all we had a great time and enjoyed our stay.

Holiday Hit
Belle of the mountain was a perfect place for part of our family to celebrate Christmas away from home.
The nicest surprise was the full size Christmas tree greeting us. The game table was a big hit too.
Everything was included and we loved it. We definitely will rent again when we head to north Georgia. Thank you.

Amazing!
Wonderful cabin with an awesome view of the mountains! Lots of windows. Spotless clean upon arrival. Furnished nicely and not cluttered. Very comfortable and all in great like new condition. Dishes and cooking utensils in great shape. Kitchen cabinets not stuffed with 100 spice bottles and outdated dry goods from previous guests (one of our pet peeves). Nice wood burning stove/fireplace. Bring your own firewood or Duraflame logs.
Three deck levels. First deck at main floor is large with covered dining area and deep woods view. Second level smaller deck off of loft has a great view of the Blue Ridge mountains. And then, with a little climb up some stairs, at the top of the house is a small "observation" deck with two Adirondack chairs and the amazing panoramic view. A wonderful spot to enjoy sunset and a nice beverage. Unlike some "mountain" properties buried in the woods, this is the real deal!
Registration agent was extremely helpful and easy to work with. Would absolutely stay here again.

Lovely setting
I really appreciated the accommodations and beautiful setting. Nicely located near local sights. The kitchen was stocked amazingly well and made it so easy to enjoy cooking. Comfortable furniture and enough towels for all of us. We were surprised the cleaning fee DID NOT INCLUDE trash removal or fireplace ash removal which we were required to do it ourselves. One toilet handle stuck and its flap didn’t work periodically, overflowing the fillup. The front glass door in front of the front wooden door would absolutely not open when we had to leave so we had to haul our luggage out the back door and around the house.

We’re so glad y’all enjoyed your stay at Belle! We do require that ashes be disposed of as part of our checkout procedures, and trash to be bagged and placed in the outdoor large trash receptacle. These practices are very normal for short term rentals it’s so that stinky things are not left in the cabin after your departure! We did address the screen door immediately after your departure, looked like maybe the wind had caught it and slammed it shut because the storm door had been pushed inside of the screen door frame!!! Luckily it didn’t break the frame or the glass door, but that is all fixed now! We appreciate the heads up on that so we could get right on it!

Disappointing
Unfortunately the property looks much better in the pictures. Cabin was quite dark and in need of updating. Furniture looks old and used and was uncomfortable for us shorties. Decks are very nice if you do not have a spider phobia. They were not overwhelming but they were there so I was not !! Cabin was very clean and kitchen was well stocked; can't remember the last time I saw a refrigerator with plastic ice cubes trays but we always had ice.
The deer in the morning and evening showed no fear of humans and were especially nice.
When the leaves fall for a better view and the spiders go away [seasonal problem?] cabin would have been much more desirable.

Th aka for your review, we do have a seasonal spider problem here in the southern states, they are a constant struggle that we clear every single guest stay before arrival and do it all over again the next stay! We do our best to keep the leaves blown and spider webs cleared from the decks and furniture! We are sorry that the lighting wasn’t bright enough in the cabin we do have some lights on dimmer switches so I’m curious if possibly they were not fully on. We do have lots of lighting throughout the cabin including lamps, ceiling lights, and additional lighting in the closets. But possibly not bright enough for some people still maybe. And we will keep an eye on the living room furniture, we havnt had any other complaints about the wear and tear on the furniture before as they are over stuffed large cozy couches. We are glad that you guys enjoyed the property and admiring the outdoor wildlife! Maybe another time it will be better weather and y’all can fully enjoy all that Belle of the Mountain has to offer!
The check in was so simple and the cabin was simply the best. While it did not have some of the luxuries, like a hot tub, it more than made up for in the amazing location and view of the mountain ranges! The cabin was clean and overall very nice. It could have used some amentities, such as full length mirrors, but thats just nit-picking. The stay here was central to everything there is to do in the area. Everything was within 10-20 minutes away. Definately check out Yonah mountain, Helen, Dicks creek, and Bell mountain! Spent every minute sitting at the crows nest! Cant find anything better at this price point! Best weekend ever!

Best view on the mountain!
We had a marvelous stay! The property is easy to get to. It is spacious with magnificent views from every room. You feel like you are right in nature with the windows in the main living room, dining room, and kitchen. There are many decks on each level to enjoy the view from outside. The view from the crow’s nest is spectacular! Morning, noon, and night- we found ourselves up there in awe. This property has all the basics you need: from the kitchen, to games, linens, and comfortable beds. It is honestly so peaceful and a great place to recharge. It is located conveniently to grocery, gas, cute towns, wineries, breweries, antique shopping, hiking, and even a lavender farm! There is something for everyone. We will definitely be returning, we have so much more to explore!!
