Guest access
Guests will have access to the entire cabin with the exception of the owner’s closet, 2 locked kitchen cabinets and one locked cabinet in each bathroom. We will send you a custom door code 1 hour prior to check in. You will be able to use the code for the duration of your stay, so you can come and go as you please. The code will expire automatically 15 minutes after check out time.
Other things to note
-There are stairs into the cabin and all of the bedrooms and main living area is located on upper level. Not recommended for anyone who has trouble climbing stairs.
-Hot tub is a 4 person max occupancy.
-There is no cable or satellite provided. However, all TVs are Roku TVs, which offer a variety of free live TV channels. There is fast Wi-Fi for streaming services. Please bring your own logins for Hulu, Netflix, etc.
-There is no bathroom on lower level.
-We have multiple arcades/game tables; and as with all electronics, sometimes they go out and stop working. If one or more is not working during your stay, we will do our best to address the problem, but will not refund due to any of them not working.
-Our cabin is not pet friendly.
-Cabin sleeps six and max occupancy is eight
-Pool and fishing pond are not located on property. They are located approximately 3 miles down the road at Honeysuckle Meadows
-A limited number of toiletries, paper products, trash bags, laundry pods, dish soap, dishwasher pods etc. are supplied. If for any reason you run out during your stay, it is your responsibility to replenish whatever you need for the remaining period of your stay. If you have any allergy concerns regarding soaps, detergents, or cleaning products, please be prepared to provide your own.

-There are 2 cameras located on the exterior of the property. One is overlooking the driveway/main entry, and the second is overlooking the gravel parking spot. We have these for our protection as well as the guests.
-Bears frequent the cabin. Please keep that in mind and keep vehicle doors locked and windows up at all times. Please keep all trash in the bear proof trash cans and do not keep food in vehicles.
-Pistols and rifles displayed in the Old West saloon are NON WORKING replicas! We will be happy to remove them prior to your arrival, if requested, with minimum of 72 hours notice.
-In order to ensure that our cleaning crew has time with their family during the holidays, we do not allow check-in or check-out on Thanksgiving, Christmas, or Christmas Eve.
