** The oven part of the stove is currently not working. I will remove this when it has been fixed **

Welcome to your country get away. This 1 bedroom Little Blue Farmhouse is perfectly located just 1 mile off exit 82 on RT 77 in Jonesville, NC. We have a great variety of restaurants, wineries, breweries, hiking, kayaking and antique shopping. So whether you're here to visit or just passing through for the night, you can enjoy a quiet, clean and comfortable night here. (This is a one bedroom with a Queen bed and a Full size pull out sofa also available in the living room if an extra bed is needed.)
Please let us know if you will need the sofa bed made up for your stay.


Please add all guests and dogss to your reservation. We are dog friendly but No Cats. Dogs must be added to your reservation. There is a 50.00 pet fee.
No Pets are to be left alone in the home at anytime.

We do not allow stays longer than 2 weeks.

There are 2 EV charging stations nearby our home. 1736 NC Hwy 67 at the BP station, and 1503 NC Hwy 67 at the Jonesville Town Hall. There is no vehicle charging to be done at our home.

Internet was great. A few bugs to kill initially however with a property that age it’s going to happen. They did a wonderful job with the inside. Very cozy and up to date on the inside. Beautiful property in a quiet area.

Loved this little blue farm house

Wonderful stay close to everything we love in NC wine country. Very clean, well decorated and well stocked. Perfect for me, my husband and dog. Would love to return soon.

This home needs a really good deep cleaning. The wash machine soap dispenser was plugged and we had to clean it before we could use it. I can understand that ladybugs and stink bugs are going to happen, but the first night i had to vacuum around 40-50 ladybugs and about a dozen stink bugs. Then every day i would vacuum around 15-20 bugs. The yard was in need of a mowing BEFORE we checked in. Let alone the downed tree that’s almost blocking the driveway. On top of all of that the back door area smelled of wild animal. Don’t know if there’s a skunk underneath the steps or a possum that hangs around but it smells. We moved to another VRBO and its head and shoulders better for less money.

Cute functional

We stayed for 4 nights. The house is comfortable and very well apportioned. The configuration is a little odd as the bathroom is not directly connected to bedroom. The location is good for getting to the wineries in the area and only about 20 miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway. The road is a little noisy but not bad.
