MIN2 - A large 4 bedroom 1st floor apartment of a 2-unit beach house nestled just one house off the boardwalk and beach. Fully fenced large sandy yard, great for kids. 5 A/C Window Units, WIFI, STREET PARKING ONLY, parking Passes Provided. Washer/Dryer. Owner provides bedspreads and pillows for all beds & 4 badges to beach! Owner may accept a small dog only. Must get approval from Owner. Additional security deposit may be required and/or a separate cleaning fee if dog accepted. This location featured on HGTVs "Beachfront Bargain Hunt"!
Pets considered w/ owner approval (small dogs under 20lbs only) $100.00 Pet Fee required.

In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.
