Be ready to relax at this beautifully updated condo on the 13th fairway with amazing views of Mount San Jacinto.
This rare 3 bedroom unit has been freshly updated and boasts a cathedral ceiling, updated and fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom features a comfy king size bed, flatscreen smart TV, private bathroom and walk in closet. The secondary bedroom is on the opposite side of the unit, features a queen size bed and flatscreen smart TV and is conveniently located next to the bathroom. Bedroom 3 has two twin beds; if you prefer, we are happy to have these converted to a king bed upon your arrival if you drop us a note. Each bathroom is stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, hair dryer and other essentials like toothbrush and toothpaste in case you forget. The master bathroom has a shower only and the second bathroom has a shower/tub combo. The kitchen is fully equipped and ready for you to cook complete meals. There are plenty of pots, pans, mixing bowls, measuring cups, utensils, baking sheets, cutting boards, and knife set. All staple items such as seasonings, paper towels, plastic wrap, foil, etc are also provided so you don’t have to waste time and money shopping for these items when you arrive. The unit has a full sized washer and dryer, too.
The outdoor patio spaces and the views are the crown jewel of this place. Start your morning off with a cup of coffee on the patio while watching the sunrise paint the mountains many different colors. The sunsets are absolutely breathtaking - watch the skies turn shades of yellow, pink and orange. The patio can also be a perfect space for a home office base if you have to work during your visit to the desert; fast speed wireless internet will keep you connected. Other features include a patio heater for chilly evenings, patio lights (evening game time on the patio is the best!) and outdoor ceiling fan.
In addition to the challenging golf course with great mountain views at Palm Desert Resort Country Club, it also includes a driving range, putting green, chipping area and practice bunker to work on your game. Bring your paddles and rackets along as there are multiple tennis/pickleball courts as well.. The golf course, tennis courts (7) and pickleball courts (24) are all open to the public for a small fee. Tee times can be booked at www.theresorter.com If you are hungry, be sure to visit the café for breakfast or lunch. The clubhouse includes dining, bar and lounge area with live music most Friday and Saturday evenings.The clubhouse is open to the public.
There are 20 pools and spas throughout the resort; the closest pool and spa is less than a one minute walk away. Walk around the resort for pretty incredible views and great exercise, too.

JoshuaTree National Park is worth the drive, Palm Springs Aerial Tram is a must, and you’ll definitely want to take a stroll down El Paseo (the Rodeo Drive of the Coachella Valley). The online calendar is always up to date with availability and rates. Once you enter the dates of your stay, your rent and all fees will automatically be calculated. You are not required to pay the 12% city and tourism tax if you stay 28+ nights, but the system does not automatically remove the tax so once you send a booking request, I will send back a revised quote with the tax removed. Please note we require $1,500 of insurance; the premium is only $59 through VRBO and will be added to your final booking. For your protection and ours, we book exclusively online. Thank you!

*Please note that the HOA does routine maintenance during the summer and golf courses overseed during the fall so there is a rotation of golf course closures. The rates are lower during summer and fall to reflect these inconveniences.
