We stayed here for Thanksgiving. It was perfect. So clean. So well appointed. Perfect location. Very short walk to beach access. The house was beautifully decorated. Very cozy. The hosts had a Christmas tree set up and Prosecco chilling in the fridge. One of the best places I have ever stayed.

Basic Beach - Five Star Plus

The Basic Beach house was everything we had hoped for and more. Great location so close to the beach. The well maintained exterior is accentuated by the crow's nest deck that provided incredible panoramic views. We spent mornings watching the sunrise with our coffee and the sunset with something a little more suited for the moment. The freshly remodeled interior was clean, extremely comfortable and the accommodations perfect. A well equipped/stocked kitchen made daily meals a breeze. But what really made this stay enjoyable (worry free) was the relationship established with the owner Katherine (Kat). Kat responded almost immediately when I reached out for information. In addition a welcome guidebook was provided with great information about the area. It definitely felt like we were working with a good friend. I would recommend Basic Beach to family and friends.

Fantastic beach house with a great location!

A modern beach house with a great layout for families. The house makes you feel like home away from home. Great location with a 2 min walk to the beach. Katherine is great to work with and we will definitely be coming back.
