Guests have private use of the main house, gardens, heated indoor pool, jacuzzi, sauna, gym, quincho and on-site parking throughout their stay.



A security guard/caretaker lives in a separate residence within the grounds; this residence is not part of the guest areas.

The estate sits in a quiet residential area of Guayllabamba, a valley north of Quito known for its mild climate and open green spaces.

Getting Around:

We recommend your own or a rental car: there is no practical direct public transportation to the property.



* Mariscal Sucre International Airport (UIO): 25 minutes by car (21.1 km), via Ruta Collas and the Panamericana Norte (E28B) toward Calderón/Guayllabamba. Detailed arrival directions are shared after booking.

* Supermarket and pharmacy in central Guayllabamba: 10 minutes by car (5 km).



Guayllabamba offers direct road access north to Otavalo and other destinations in northern Ecuador. For day trips we recommend a car, taxi or private transfer; travel times vary with traffic.



Other Things to Note:

The property is intended for peaceful family and group stays. Parties and events are not permitted.



Guest registration is required before check-in in accordance with the property's check-in procedure.



Pets: a maximum of 2 small pets or 1 medium-sized pet is permitted, and must be declared in the reservation. Pets are not allowed inside the house; a designated pet area is provided in the garden.



For security, two guard animals are kept on the grounds. With advance coordination, they can be kept in a separate area during your stay. The property also has exterior security cameras.



The house has three levels connected by stairs and no elevator. There is no central heating; the house has an indoor fireplace.



The estate is located about 25–30 km north of Quito. A car is recommended, as there is no direct public transportation to the property.



Interaction with Guests:

A security guard/caretaker lives in a separate residence within the grounds and can provide property-related assistance without sharing the private guest areas.
