Welcome to this beautiful, gulf front condo ideal for a couple's romantic get-away or a family's beach retreat. The exterior of the property was completely renovated in 2023. Enjoy a King in the private bedroom and a very spacious and comfortable living/dining area. Queen sleeper in living room provides extra accommodations when needed. This one bedroom is almost 900 sq. ft. Fully equipped kitchen, Cable 49 inch 4K Smart TV and DVD in living room and flat screen TV in bedroom plus your own Full Size washer & dryer in unit. Condo includes granite counter tops, tile throughout, and much more. Ground floor accommodations allow you to step right out onto your private gulf front patio where you can relax and enjoy the wonderful gulf views. Take the walkway out to the beach just yards from your door. Enjoy the conveniently located condo complex pool when not on the beach. We often see dolphins swimming along the gulf while we sit having breakfast on the patio! NEW: Your reservation now includes two beach chairs and an umbrella set up for you each morning from March - October!!

The Area: This is a great place to vacation! If you have ever visited our area, then you know why you must come back. If this is your first time, well, you are in for a treat. If you are looking for a place where the water is beautiful and the sand is soft, then you have found it, the beaches of South Walton. We are pretty laid back here, there are no fast food restaurants or amusement parks, they are close by, but not on 30-A.

We pride ourselves on our bike paths, market shopping, and free concerts in the evenings where you bring the blankets and wine and relax. Once you have decided to come to our area, you will then love Blue Tide Condominiums. It is a small development of 18 units. This one is ground floor, and as you can see, the views are great! We do have a pool, if you choose not to take a swim in the Gulf.

We would love to have you as our guest, so just call or email to check dates and we will respond back quickly. Hurry and book as this is a popular destination.

Please note that there is one Blink Doorbell Camera at the property entrance for security purposes. There are no other cameras in the condo.

Peaceful getaway

Loved everything about our stay. We had direct access to private beach and umbrella and chairs were set up for us everyday. Felt completely safe and place was toddler friendly. The area is a short distance from many restaurants. Would stay here again!

This is the perfect spot for us with a private beach and a million dollar view of the gulf and the beautiful. accommodations of CanitaPeterson 2A is the perfect combination… 30A Also gives us that community feel with all the great little restaurants and shopping. Great Time

This location is probably one of my favorite areas to stay in in 30A. The beach was perfect and the beach side service was the best. Keep in mind that the unit is perched on a cliff (hence the fantastic views) so there are several (about 2 flights worth) of stairs to the sand. The unit had everything we needed and was quiet and comfortable. Canita was a fantastic host and very responsive. We will definitely be staying again. We had a great time!

perfect stay on 30a

Totally love Blue Tide... We stayed in a different unit before when the whole family went. this was just my daughter and myself... a senior trip. Was perfect. Property Manager was always there when we had a few small issues... how to read/use the thermostat, and when the internet was not working... both instances she answered within minutes! The location could not be beat. We will go again! These units are everything we need. Pool, beach and comfortable setting. Hope to go again next summer! Steps down to beach... beachfront is best. Really liked how less people were at our section of beach. We visited Rosemary and Seaside, and each of these areas had 3 "layers" of beach umbrellas, ours only had one! Thanks for a great stay

very enjoyable week

Having stayed closer to PCB in the past, we thought it would be nice to stay a little further west - where it would be quieter and more laid back. This location closer to Seacrest Beach is a great option. From here, biking on the bike path runs east and west directly in front of the condo. And the condo itself is easily accessed on the ground level. Parking is a designated space directly in from of the unit as well. Our host, Canita went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was great. I reached out a few times with questions, and she was always prompt to respond. Upon arrival, we found the unit to be very well cleaned - no issues at all. The bedroom is a good size, and has a nice king size bed with a mattress we both liked. The bathroom was a little tight for both of us at the same time, but more than adequate. The kitchen appears to have been updated not long ago, and includes granite counters and nice appliances. We also found that there were more than enough plates, pots/pans, gadgets etc for us. The kitchen opens to a nice sized living area with comfy furniture for a roomy feel. The sliders out to the patio provided immediate access to the outside, along with views of the gulf. There's a small outside closet that contains many beach accessories. This place sits on a bluff that provides expansive views of the gulf. There are a couple flights of stairs to traverse, but we didn't find that to be a problem at all. Overall, a great time, and we will be back.

Fantastic location right on the private beach. Umbrella and beach chairs set up with the property was amazing! You get sunrises and sunsets from their beach. Walking distance to coffee and shops. Very clean place, had all the supplies we needed.

Wasn’t super clean upon arrival. Also, only one roll of TP? Not enough. The mattress wasn’t comfortable but maybe that is personal taste. The location was great and a lovely view. Decorated nicely and all necessary appliances available but lacking in warmth. A rug would be nice.

Thanksgiving FL Trip

First time on panhandle beaches of Florida. Blue Tide was a great location and the beach was beautiful. Went to Amici's (Italian) & Friends (American burgers & chicken) - both were outstanding. Seagar's Steakhouse during the week, and The Grand Marlin for Thanksgiving dinner - both SUPER! Public parking at Rosemary's and Allys Beach is difficult if not impossible to find on 30A. All restaurants on US98 had plenty of public parking so no issue there. We'll be back. 30A could use a trolley system of some kind. We were there in Nov, so not sure what's available during high season (Jun-Sep).

Beautiful, perfect place to stay!

This unit and the host are absolutely perfect! Just the right size for 2 or 3 people. Nicely furnished, everything you need, great little back yard and right on the beach. The host was very responsive and friendly and helpful. A great place to stay for a reasonable price.

Growing up a short distance north of the area, its hard not to fall in love with the beautiful white beaches, relaxed atmosphere (we call it Beach Time), and breathtaking views.

What makes this property unique

Breathtaking views! Beautiful sugar white beaches! You won't find a more beautiful view anywhere in the world. Sitting on the patio we've often seen dolphins, stingrays, etc. swimming along the shoreline. Highway 30a is a unique road that allows you to enjoy small beach life, arts & crafts, activities if you need to escape the sun for a day. Also, bring your bike and enjoy riding along the bike path that runs along 30A. An umbrella and two chairs are now included in the cost of your stay from March - October!
