Beautifully renovated home 3.5 blocks to the Beach! This meticulously renovated and furnished luxury home is situated on a private, quite street. This coastal classic home exudes comfort and privacy all in one of the best locations in Naples.
French doors open to the large outdoor living area with dining for 6. The outdoor living area is complete with a couch two lounge chairs and lounge chairs.

Please know that we are within close proximity to one of the most beautiful beaches in Naples. However we are not responsible for any environmental conditions for the availability of the beach access, whether or other unknown reasons that you would not be able to access the beach.

Nice

The home has beauty and charm…What it was lacking was detail. Instructions should be left in the unit i.e WiFi, garbage collection days, checkout. Had to purchase items that unit was missing i.e corner shower bench, pool floats (homes were broken). The pool was beautiful but the shade umbrella was broken. Olivia brought a regular umbrella over which helped. Linens were ok. Again, a little attention will go a long way.

Our stay

Liked everything about it, but to nitpick, the kitchen is very inadequately stocked, we literally bought kitchen towels, 2 sharp knives for cutting meat at dinner, and a tong. Also, other items that we ran out of like all paper supplies ( tissues, toilet paper, plastic bags ,dishwasher soap), and there were no wash cloths, so we bought those too. The toaster was worthless, and the smoke detector went off every time we cooked, forcing us to keep the window open, exhaust fan on just to toast a piece of bread. As I said , nitpicking. We would highly recommend the property, and our host Olivia, was already addressing these minor concerns.

Wonderful Month is Florida

We had a wonderful stay in Naples! The pool and yard are amazing!! The area is great to walk in with nearby access to everything you need. Olivia was responsive and delightful! Definitely recommend!

Perfect for weekend getaway! Clean and Modern!

This was our first VRBO booking and we were very pleased with the cleanliness of the home, its design & the pool. Home was well stocked with basic essentials. We had to leave our stay half way due to an emergency. Olivia was very responsive in answering our questions prior to stay and supportive as well when we had to leave unplanned. We intend to book this again soon for out next trip to Naples.

Perfect getaway

We chose this place for a family getaway for our son’s 16th birthday and it did NOT disappoint! It looks exactly like the pictures - beautifully renovated and clean. The pool is amazing and the color changing LED lights at night were a great feature. There is a huge 85” smart tv in the family room which was perfect for movie night. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need should you decide to dine in. There were plenty of towels which came in handy for the beach as well as an umbrella and beach chairs. Communication with the host, Olivia, was easy - she was responsive and always answered my questions quickly. We truly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to our family and friends.
