☆BEDROOMS
The cottage may be tiny, but there is plenty of space for groups of up to five to get a great night’s sleep. The beds are all new and come equipped with fresh sheets and plush pillows - so you’ll doze off quickly after long days at the beach.

There is a comfy couch and bunk beds on the main floor and a loft sleeping area above with a queen-sized mattress. Note that you will need to climb a ladder to get up to the loft (low ceiling).

☆BATHROOM
The full bathroom is surprisingly spacious, and this sleek space is designed to provide a relaxing experience as you wind down from or get ready for your day. You’ll find a walk-in shower stocked with basic toiletries and a vanity with plenty of room for all your belongings.

☆KITCHEN & LOUNGE
The full kitchen has everything you’ll need to cook your favorite meals while on vacation. You’ll find mini-appliances, basic cookware, and dinnerware, and even a fully-stocked coffee bar to start your mornings off right. You can enjoy meals while watching your favorite shows, or enjoy your morning coffee outside on the deck.

The lounge area features high ceilings that open up the space. The comfy lounge couch is the perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring the area. Stream your favorite shows on the big flat-screen Smart TV and feel free to use the air conditioner to keep the room at a comfortable temperature.

☆OUTDOOR SPACE
Just outside the door, there is a small covered patio with a 4-person bistro dining set. This area is great for morning coffee or an evening cocktail. There is also a gas grill for nights you choose to stay in and enjoy the wonderful ambiance of the outdoor living area.

You will also have access to the entire fenced-in backyard, shared with the main house. There is a large dining table, sun loungers, a tree swing, a hammock, and plenty of grassy space for corn hole and other yard games.

Note, the owner stays on the property (RV) and has two adorable fur babies, Bo Tay (Sheepadoodle) and Lilo (Poodle). They are absolutely adorable and very friendly (well socialized) - they are confined to the backyard (shared area).

You will have full access to the entire cottage, a small, covered patio, and a yard area. Note that the fenced-in yard area is shared with the main home on the property (pets and owner). Plenty of free parking is available.

We've also included some gravity beach chairs to take with you to the beach and cornhole (who doesn't love that?)!

Laundry (washer and dryer) is available inside the little shed between the Tiny Red home and the Tiny Blue Cottage. Use whenever you like! Note that this is shared with the other tiny home.
