Nice Rental

The property was as listed. It was between 40-60 degrees and we had the pool heater running, which worked great. Great location to Disney and Sea World.

We had a great time during this stay! Amenities are great and house was clean. Only complaint is it took us about 30-45 mins to check in the first day. After that there was always a line to get into the property. Sometimes we had to get out of the car to scan to get in and sometimes they had a person there to grab it from us.

Best property ever stayed in Orlando trips

This will be are go to from now on. The property pictures and listing is spot on. Contact with property manager was excellent. If we needed anything they were right on it. Location is perfect to Disney Parks and in a quiet area away from the Chaos. The private heated pool was amazing late at night to soak and relax. I could keep going on about this property.

Great Place

A couple of notes: If there is a lot of traffic, it takes awhile to get to parks. Game room is upstairs w/4 bedrooms surrounding it. Lucky it didn’t bother any of us but can be noisy for light sleepers. We did not have any issues but The host was VERY responsive for questions. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed at the property for a month and had a wonderful experience. The property is 100% as listed with no surprises. We were comfortable, enjoyed the pool and playroom, including the handful of toys they keep for the kids enjoyment, and the kids loved the Cars and princess themed bedrooms. Ruben was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. He generally answered within a few hours and took care of anything we needed quickly. It was a pleasant surprise having someone really care about their guests experience and it made our stay even better. There were many days that we went back and forth to a Disney park twice in a day and the distance from the parks and traffic in the area was slightly inconvenient but we got used to the 20 minute drive each way. In our opinion, there weren’t many interesting food options in the area, but this is the case for most Disney / Kissimmee area rentals. We utilized the grill at the house quite a bit which helped a lot.The one downside to these properties is the townhouses are very close together and you can hear neighbors throughout the day and night. If you are a light sleeper and have neighbors who are up late, they can keep you up at night. Overall, very positive experience and we would return again for our next extended Disney vacation. Thank you to Ruben for such a wonderful stay!
