The space
The private pool and spa are ideal for the Florida weather. The pool deck also has ample chaise loungers for sunning along with patio furniture, perfect for poolside dining.

When entering this villa, you’ll notice both a living and dining area. There is also a large master suite with full bath, as well as an additional bedroom and bathroom. You can relax on the comfortable couches and get the gang together to watch a movie on the large HDTV. At this beautiful house, prepare something in the well-equipped modern kitchen and enjoy every detail.

There is a fee of $40 dollars a day for this service and it's a 2 day minimum.

We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill at no cost

If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears (at your own cost) please contact us for arrangements.

***PET POLICY***

$170 Dollar Pet fee per pet

Only small pets under 40 pounds allowed

Only official service dogs are exempt from the fee. Documentation should be provided.

Any damages or extra cleanings necessary will be charged.

***PARKING***

This property fits 2 cars in the driveway and the overflow parking is just about 300 feet down the road. No street parking in some areas.
