We liked the apartment and location. The soundproofing isn't the best apart from that everything was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. We enjoyed the balcony and the welcome treats.

Very clean and spacious. Comfortable beds and lovely kitchen and eating nook. Traffic in the front room was a bit loud but this was a great home base.

Visit to Montreal

We had a wonderful visit to Montreal. The condo and neighborhood were fantastic. The neighborhood had everything needed on a daily basis and the metro was close by. The people were amazing. We can’t wait to go back.

the suggestions I wrote to owners: Some suggestions and updates for you: (1) kitchen tea towel had hole in it; suggest replacement. (2) the hand can opener does not work. I had to go down the street to find a neighbour to open my can. Suggest replacement with new can opener. (3) Suite interior doors and hallway door squeak in the building - recommend oiling the hinges. (4) Kitchen has one small size fry pan; recommend to include a second, larger fry pan- as this accommodation has 2 bedrooms and could have more folks staying than we did.Also, note that Jarry is a busy street and you will hear traffic/people when trying to sleep.

Clean, modern, pretty apartment

The apartment was very comfortable and pretty, had everything we needed. The neighborhood is nice--a "real" neighborhood, felt very safe, nice bakeries, shops.

The property is in a great neighbourhood, was clean, communication with the host was prompt, and check-in was seamless. The laundry room was excellent. Proximity to the Métro station was excellent, and there were many amenities nearby. There were some items at the property that needed attention, including two stove burners that weren't functional, a lack of transition between the kitchen and living room flooring that created a significant tripping hazard, and a lack of bedside tables and lamps in the bedrooms. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Loved this apartment in Villeray!

Sweet two bedroom apartment with a lovely dining/working space that was filled with sun. We stayed for a week with our three-year-old and had plenty of space for her to play and get her energy out. The neighborhood is wonderful, very residential on the side streets but great cafes and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed Le Toasteur and EtOH brewery. Very convenient to have a grocery nearby and an easy walk to the metro. There was a neighborhood power outage our first night but repaired fairly quickly. We had some trouble with the wifi but our host quickly responded to remedy it. Definitely recommend!

The property was clean and just as described. It was well stocked with everything we needed such askitchen accessories and pantry staples, first aid kit and hairdryer; and also included some extras that came in handy: fans, umbrellas, take-out menus, snacks and bottled water. A very enjoyable stay!
