We had an incredible stay in hill country largely due to our accommodations. Host was very communicative and the space was exactly as advertised (honestly better). Would stay here again and also recommend to anyone traveling to the area!
This location is great! Set in a quiet location in the hill country that is quiet and relaxing. Yet, you are close to Fredericksburg and other great places to visit. Definitely worth a stay.
The cabin was absolutely perfect and had everything we needed for our getaway. The cabin and grounds are beautiful, spacious, and comfortable. Our group enjoyed playing games, sharing meals, reading, and sitting around the fire. We had an amazing trip and would love to stay again.
This property is out in the country which provides a nice secluded place to enjoy time together indoors and out. I would definitely rent this property again.
The cabin was beautiful and very easy for everyone to hang out together. We enjoyed the fire pit every night!
We were happy there were 3 bedrooms downstairs.

Hi Marvin,
Thank you for taking the time to review. So glad you had a nice time with your family. Can you tell me the reason for 4 stars? We always strive for 5 stars so if there’s something we can do better for the next guests, please let me know.
We had an incredible time but wished we stayed 2 more nights. The property is beautiful, the decor is amazing- we enjoyed our time very much. The host was very responsive and helpful. Will definitely come back. Thank you for everything Kelsey.
The property was just as advertized. It's a beautiful home with all the amenities plus more. The firepit at sundown, hearing night birds and coyotes in the evening, great views and privacy. Plenty of room for kids to run around. Kelsey, our hostess, was top notch. Terrific!
This place is perfect if you like quiet, peaceful, wide open spaces, comfy beds and beautiful sunsets! The wildflowers were in full bloom! We came for the eclipse and the big yard accommodated our group well. Our hosts, Tom and Kelsey, were responsive and helpful to our requests. The kitchen is well stocked with all the essential cooking pots and pans and utensils but there's no dishwasher so be mindful of that. We're from California, Bay Area, and we're used to having everything at our fingertips so come prepared if you're from an environment like ours as the closest stores and restaurants aren't at the corner. There's plenty of space in all the rooms. They even let my cousin park their RV on the property, for a nominal charge, and spent some time on the phone with them to help them navigate the road and where to park. We went to the LBJ State Park and the Rhinery to wine taste, where they actually have a rhino on the property. All in all we had a great time and we highly recommend Tom and Kelsey's Hill Country Luxury Cabin!
